**Naruto's POV**
Currently, Jiraiya and I were assigned a mission to retrieve Tsunade so she could take up the position of Hokage. As we headed away from the village to search for her, I found myself lost in deep thought.
*I let Jiji die. Even if it was crucial not just for the plot but for Konoha as a whole, I still feel terrible about letting it happen.*
*I can't afford to appear weak in front of the village either. I'm not just the goofy idiot from the original series. My current position is that of a war hero. For context, Minato relied on his war hero status and his personality to become Hokage, even above Orochimaru.*
Focusing on more important matters, I thought about the current situation in Konoha. *The village is in a stable condition. I've already established myself as a significant figure, and with Tsunade soon to take over as Hokage, this is the perfect time to deal with Danzo and others.*
However, I quickly realized, *My political position won't be enough. The two elders would never accept any accusations against Danzo, and the civilian council is practically his puppet.*
*What I need is evidence—solid, undeniable proof of every crime Danzo has committed. Once I uncover the truth about the Senju clan, the Uchiha clan, and his other schemes, I'm certain Tsunade will have the authority to take him down.*
But this wasn't just about justice for the village. *I'm almost sure Danzo was the one who leaked information about where Mom was giving birth. That alone is reason enough for him to die by my hand.*

**Jiraiya's POV**
It's been two days since we left the village to search for Tsunade, and god, it's frustrating. Whenever we arrive at a place where she was last seen, she's already gone. It's almost like she knows we're trying to find her.
What's more annoying is that the brat is unusually quiet. He seems to be in his own world most of the time, and occasionally, he gives me these creepy smiles that send chills down my spine. It's like he's scheming something, but I can't figure out what.
When it comes to his training, I've noticed a few things from our spars. He tends to overthink during fights—overplanning instead of acting instinctively. He also has a slight fear of injuries, something I usually see in civilians. Other than that, he's already at elite Jonin level. If he pushes himself like he did during the invasion, he might even be quasi-Kage level. He's sharp and quick to learn.
Figuring out what to teach him was tricky, so I decided to ask him directly. His answer surprised me: "Everything."
I gave him a questioning look, stunned by what seemed like an arrogant response. He caught on quickly and summoned thousands of shadow clones, smirking as he did.
I quickly regained my composure and warned him, "Naruto, it's not a good idea to use shadow clones for this kind of training. The memory feedback could overwhelm you."
But he just smirked and replied, "The furball takes care of the feedback. I feel the pain, but it's bearable."
After asking a few more questions, we began training.

**Third-Person POV**
Naruto and Jiraiya continued searching for Tsunade while focusing on training. They worked on wind-style and fire-style ninjutsu, improvements to Naruto's taijutsu, and mastery over the toad summoning contract. With the help of his clones, progress was swift.
Finally, on the seventh day, they reached a village where rumors about a "big spender" were circulating. At the village entrance, Naruto spotted a large temple and realized it was the same one near where Tsunade met Orochimaru in his memories.
While Jiraiya gathered information in a bar, Naruto left a shadow clone behind and rushed to the location he remembered.
When he arrived, he saw Tsunade talking with Orochimaru. The scene unfolded just as it did in canon, though Orochimaru seemed more injured than before. Tsunade still accepted the deal, and as Orochimaru and Kabuto left hand-in-hand, Naruto made his move.

**Naruto's POV**
I quickly followed Orochimaru, and soon enough, they noticed me chasing them. They headed toward the forest, eventually stopping. Orochimaru turned to face me, a creepy glint in his eyes as he licked his lips.
"Well, well, what brings you here, Naruto-kun?" he said with a dark edge to his tone. "Are you perhaps here to avenge Sarutobi-sensei?"
Keeping my expression neutral, I replied, "Orochimaru, I'm here to make a deal with you."
That caught his interest. "I'm listening," he said.
"I want evidence of all the crimes Danzo has committed," I stated.
Orochimaru's curiosity deepened. "Naruto-kun, a deal requires both sides to offer something of value. Danzo provides me with plenty of useful information and research material. You'll need to offer something better to make me betray him."
I chuckled darkly and responded, "I can tell you how to restore your arm, and I can give you Uchiha Sasuke."
He raised an eyebrow. "Tsunade is already willing to treat me. And what do you mean by Sasuke?"
Smiling mysteriously, I explained, "Your injury isn't physical; it's spiritual. Tsunade won't be able to heal it. But I know how you can. As for Sasuke… he's my beloved teammate. How could I let him rebel against Konoha? Who knows, I might even kill him if he tries."
Orochimaru's smile grew wider as he summoned a small snake, which spat out a few scrolls.
"This contains evidence on the Senju clan experiments, the Uchiha massacre, and the research Danzo forced me to conduct on the Sharingan. It also details our collaboration."
His grin turned sinister as he added, "Now, Naruto-kun, tell me how to heal my soul."
"Look into the Reaper Death Seal," I replied. "If you study it, you'll not only find a way to restore your soul but also improve your Impure World Reincarnation technique."
Satisfied, Orochimaru thanked me and disappeared with Kabuto. I smiled as I held the scrolls.
