Daniel's POV

“ you're an idiot. ” Trey says as I trash his ass on the video game, we're playing.

I ignore him thinking that he's probably trying to make me lose.

“ you're just going to let her go. ”

I sigh annoyed that he won't shut up. “ let who go? ”

“ Veronica ” he says and I hear the smile in his voice.

For a second there I almost killed my game. “ let her go? Let her go where? ” I ask feeling confused.

Is Veronica going somewhere I'm not aware of?

“ where is she going to? ” I ask turning to face Trey who smirks and in the next minute my game is dead.

Uhh! Stupid me.

“ so you purposely made me lose. ” I tell him, aiming for his head with my pad, when he stops me.

“ nope...Veronica is going on a date with Jonas. ” he says smugly, taking the last piece of pizza on the table.

I barely register the pad clattering to the ground.

“ what? ” I ask not quite believing what I'm hearing.
