Chương 26: CHAPTER 26
Phichit made his way through the people that roamed around, he could see Paitoon's head of curly hair up ahead.
"Paitoon wait!"
Wait? For what? Doesn't Phichit hate him now that he broke his heart?
He was yanked back by the arm and he gasped.
"Paitoon.....you're going to give on us? Just like that?" Phichit asked.
Paitoon could see the sadness in Phichit's eyes. He sniffled.
"Don't you get it? Us being together is not a guarantee! Your mother-"
"My mother? I should've known!"
Paitoon sighed and held the front of Phichit's shirt tightly.
"Regardless of what she did, she is still your mother Phichit, you shouldn't let a stranger like me break the bond you have with her"
Phichit couldn't believe what he's hearing.
"Not everyone has a good relationship with their mothers Paitoon, when are you going to wake up! She is destroying our relationship!"
Paitoon felt like the wind was knocked out of his lungs, he felt an intense amount of pain on his chest.
All this time Phichit's mother made it seem like he being in a relationship with her son was breaking their bond but it was just for her own reasons.
"Phichit.....I'm so sorry"
Phichit watched in horror as Paitoon collapsed right in front of him.
"Paitoon!"

Sirichai helped Gan inside the house, the large sitting room made Gan feel like he didn't belong here.
"So this is your house?" He asked as he looked around.
"Mn.....my ex wife used to live here but i got it back after i kicked her out"
Gan chuckled.
"Did you also burn the mattress?" He joked.
"Actually yes"
"Wow"
They sat on the large couch and Sirichai turned on the TV.
"What if she goes after your son?" Gan asked, to him Sirikit was a mad woman who had power she shouldn't have in the first place.
Sirichai sighed.
"Then she will leave me no choice"
"Which is to?" Gan inquired.
"To strip her off evereverything she owns"
"Yikes"
Just then Sirichai's phone rang, it was Phichit. He picked it up but didn't even say a word as Phichit spoke up first.
"Paitoon collapsed! We are heading to the hospital, he mentioned something about my mother investigate it for me"
"On it"
He hanged up and sighed.
"Sometimes i wonder whose the parent between us" he joked.
"Is everything wrong?"
"I don't know, i have to meet someone, make yourself at home I'll be back"
Gan watched him rush out. What could've possibly happened to make Sirichai this frantic?

Sirikit smiled as she walked around in her condo, the yellow dress she was wearing swaying with her hips.
Her plans to separate Paitoon and her son had been successful and now things will go back to normal.
Knock.knock
She sighed and opened the door.
"Well look who it is, my gay ex husband, or is it bisexual?"
"Shut up" Sirichai says going inside.
He sat on the couch, the scowl on his face making Sirikit uncomfortable.
"Who died?" She asked.
"No one....for now"
"Oh.....what brings you here then"
He glared at her.
"Sirikit what on earth are you doing to our son?"
She scoffed as she sat down.
"Me? What about you? I thought we agreed to let Phichit marry that girl so we can have more power and prestige"
He sighed.
"That was then....a lot has happened and people change"
"Like you?"
"And so did you....look at yourself Sirikit, you are driving our son insane, all because he found a partner?"
She huffed.
"Whom is a boy mind you"
"Does it matter though?"
"Of course it does Sirichai! I did not sacrifice my teen years so that my son can end up like you!"
Her words stunned him.
"Wow....so you are rewarding yourself by ruining his life? If so then what was the point of having him huh? You and I both knew that i was gay back then and you still insisted that I marry you, now look"
She covered her ears refusing to believe what she's hearing.
"I don't care! You and I had an agreement, i give you a son and you let me plan out his life, that's what your parents wanted"
"They're dead Sirikit! It's been 13 years since their death, move on!"
She got to her feet.
"I think it's best you leave"
Sirichai stood up as well.
"If I walk out that door without coming to an agreement then it means you and i are at war"
She scoffed.
"Bring it"
"Then so be it"

The beeping sound of the hospital machines was all he could hear as he looked at an unconscious Paitoon laying on the hospital bed, the doctors and nurses around the bed taking all sort of blood tests and x-rays.
"Are you a family member?" The doctor asks.
Phichit shook his head as his eyes brimmed with tears. Poor Paitoon, he was left alone in this world, no wonder he didn't want to come between Phichit and his mother.
"He's....he's my partner"
The doctor nodded.
"I see....well his case is rare, he has broken heart syndrome, it's like a heart attack but not that fatal"
Phichit glanced at Paitoon. He sighed.
"Can it be cured?"
"No, but it can be avoided....he shouldn't experience exciting emotions for a month, he needs a steady healthy diet and mild exercise like skipping rope for ten minutes"
"I understand....when will he wake up?"
"In an hour or two"
"Thank you doctor"
"He'll be fine" the doctor says patting his shoulder.
The door closed once the medical team left along with the doctor. Phichit sat down on a chair that was near the bed.
He grabbed Paitoon's hand and smiled weakly.
"I promised to make your days brighter Paitoon and it seems i have failed.....part of me wants to be with you all the time and the other part wants to be away from you so you can be safe from her claws.....Paitoon, do you hear me?"
He sighed and let go of his hand. Did Paitoon have a good idea by wanting to end things between them? Will Paitoon be alright when he's gone?
He pulled out his phone and dialed a number. The person picked up on the third ring.
"Hey it's me....i need a favour"
