So that's how it ends, huh? Just as before, and again, I can't help but admire him so much. If not for those poor communication skills, he would surely be invincible.
Well, in most YouTube shorts when there's a comparison video, he loses mainly in communication and leadership parts. I agree with the former but not the latter. Even when he's not leading the class and working only from the shadows, their class improved significantly from when they were a mere Class D with 0 CP.
So, just imagine what would happen if he were to lead the class for real and compete with Ichinose, Ryueen, and Sakayanagi. Their battle would be legendary.
Oh, it's already too late. Let's sleep.
Wait, what's happening? I'm supposed to be in my bed, not in some vehicle.
Yawn!
Huh.
Looks around...
This place, I got it.
A bus.
Red blazer and green pants.
Without a doubt, it's the school uniform of ANHS.
Without panicking or screaming, I took out a smartphone and clicked on the camera application.
It seemed that I had been reincarnated or, in other words, transmigrated into his body.
Brown hair, brown eyes with an endless amount of darkness around them, and a fair complexion. It was none other than him...
The one and only...
𝐀𝐲𝐚𝐧𝐨𝐤𝐨𝐮𝐣𝐢 𝐊𝐢𝐲𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐚.
'Okay, first of all, let's relax. Let's process the info. Somehow mysteriously I got into this situation. Just like those fanfics of my favorite anime, Classroom of the Elite,' I thought, trying not to get too excited and to calm myself down.
'So, what should I do? By "it," I mean change the plot or go with the real plot. Well, I guess I will do the latter but with some changes of course. That way, I can make full use of my knowledge. I won't change the plot too much nor will I follow the plot too much. And I am willing to show my abilities a little,' he thought.
'Oh?'
"It seems it has started," I muttered.
An old lady entered the bus, and an office worker noticed that she was having trouble standing. She looked towards Koenji.
"Excuse me, sir, would you be willing to give up your seat for this old lady?" she asked politely, hoping that he would agree. But...
Koenji was like, 'Meh! I ignore you.'
"Hey, you there. Can't you see that this elderly woman is having trouble?" the office lady said, now seeming a little angry or irritated.
She seemed to want the young man to offer up his seat. Her voice carried quite well throughout the quiet bus, attracting several people's attention.
"That's a really crazy question, lady," he said.
"You're sitting in a priority seat. It's natural to offer up those seats to the elderly," she told him.
"I don't understand. Priority seats are just that: priority seats. I have no legal obligation to move. Since I'm currently occupying this seat, I should be the one who determines whether or not I move. Am I supposed to give up my seat just because I'm young? Ha! That reasoning is nonsense," he lectured the aunt as he continued.
"I'm a healthy young person who certainly wouldn't find standing inconvenient. However, I'd obviously expend more energy by standing than I would by sitting. I have no intention of doing such a pointless thing. Or are you suggesting I should act a bit livelier, I wonder?"
"Wh-what kind of attitude is that to take with your superiors?" she asked, almost stuttering due to the mocking she received. She clearly had an irritated face.
"Superiors? Well, it's obvious that both you and the old woman there have been alive longer than I have. There can be no doubt about that. However, the word 'superior' implies that you're referring to someone of a higher position. In addition, we have another problem. Even though our ages are different, wouldn't you agree that you have an impertinent attitude and are being extremely rude?" Koenji once again showed why he is Koenji.
"Wha— You're a high schooler, aren't you?! You should be quiet and listen to what adults tell you!" She tried to pressure him, resulting in nothing.
"It's f-fine, whatever," the old lady said, a sad grandma.
Koenji Rokusuke.
As expected of the man to whom I believe is second, while the first one is obvious. In my old life, I think his 75 percentage would be my full power in all aspects with my full potential.
"Apparently, this elderly woman is more perceptive than you, which is nice. Also, I haven't given up on Japanese society yet. Please enjoy your remaining years," he said, then returned to his own world.
But now that I had this body and even his memories, I felt invincible.
"I'm sorry…" Desperately fighting back her tears, the office lady apologized to the elderly woman.
"Um… I think that the lady is right," 'she' chimed in now.
'It's her,' the new Kiyo thought.
"And the new challenger is a pretty girl, eh? It would seem that I'm rather lucky with the fairer sex," the boy said.
"This poor woman appears to have been suffering for quite some time now. Won't you offer up your seat? While you might consider such courtesy unnecessary, I think it would contribute greatly to society," she argued with him, taking this opportunity to establish her own part of deception.
"A contribution to society, you say? Well, that is a rather interesting opinion. It's certainly true that offering up one's seat to the elderly could be viewed in such a positive light. Unfortunately, I have no interest in contributing to society. I care only for my own satisfaction. Oh, and one more thing. You're asking me, the one in the priority seat, to give up his spot, but couldn't you simply ask one of the other people seated on this crowded bus? If you truly cared for the elderly, then something like priority seating would be a rather trivial concern, wouldn't you agree?" Koenji once again shut her down.
"Everyone, please listen to me for just a moment. Won't someone give up their seat for this woman? It doesn't matter who. Please," she once again asked for help. And now all had their attention on this drama. Well, most of us didn't want to abandon the seat, but they were guilt-trapped, hoping someone would help her. As for me, I'm gonna complete some missions.
Well, let's do mission 1.
Stare....
I found her.
Raven-haired.
Cool beauty.
It's her.
And also the book. I intentionally looked towards the book, well, at her face also a little because she is very sharp, and if she asked why, if I didn't look at the book, how did I find it? Well then, it would be just a 100 percent true excuse for looking towards a beautiful girl. Then it's time for mission 2.
"Um, you can have mine," I said with my usual expression.
"Thank you very much," she said with a smile, and we helped the old lady sit there.
"Hi! I am Kushida Kikyo. I am from class D," she said with her almost perfect ploy.
"Oh, I am Ayanokouji Kiyotaka. Same as you. Nice to meet you, Kushida-san," I replied in my usual tone. By it, I mean mine, not Ayanokouji's.
"After that, we chatted about trivial things. Then I got off the bus, and we parted ways.
As I disembarked, I saw a gate formed from natural rock waiting just ahead. All the young boys and girls dressed in school uniforms were passing through this gate.
The Japanese government had created the Tokyo Metropolitan Advanced Nurturing High School with the express purpose of developing future leaders. This would be my school from now on. It was immense, just as they claimed, with a sprawling 600,000 square meter campus. Well, let's go then. Oh, I nearly forgot that.
"Wait. You were looking at me on the bus. Why?" She asked me with her typical cold expression.
"Oh, my mistake. I guess I was just interested a little. It's 'Crime and Punishment,' isn't it? Good choice. One of the best-written works by Fyodor Dostoevsky," I replied.
"If that's all, then I'm off," she said as she walked away, pushing her hair back in style. As expected of her. Too cold.
I then proceeded towards the entrance ceremony. To be honest, I don't have strong feelings about entrance ceremonies. The principal and the students exchanged excessive words of gratitude.
"Oh! Let's do that." I muttered then started looking around making sure no one notice.
In Class A, I saw her. She had a superior aura around her. A petite teenage girl with lilac-colored hair and violet eyes. She was none other than Sakayanagi Arisu. And next to her, I found Katsuragi Kohei.
He seemed like a very intelligent and cautious person, likely proficient in defensive strategies. Well, in Class A, those two, along with Hashimoto, Kamuro, and Hayato, were probably the ones I should be wary of.
As for Class B, there was Ichinose Honami. A very beautiful girl with long pink strawberry-colored hair and a friendly aura. And another boy with purple hair who had the aura of a capable leader.
In Class C, there was a guy with a good physique, likely from countless real-life fights. He was also a delinquent and a tyrant who liked to rule by using violence. Then there was a guy who looked African and was probably more physically capable than Ryueen, but in an all-round fight, I wasn't sure.
He was none other than Albert Yamada. Half-Japanese and half-African? Probably. There was also a girl who seemed to be an experienced fighter, about the same level as Horikita. She was Ibuki Mio.
And a girl who looked like an angel with an innocent face, probably one of the few good people in Class C, along with Albert. She was Hiyori Shiina.
Well, I think that's it for important characters from other classes. As for my class, the unique ones may be me, Koenji, Horikita, Hirata, Yukimura, Kushida, and Sudo (due to his physical capabilities being close to Ryueen's). But in a fight, he was nowhere near Ryueen. And in terms of brains, well, let's go home, sleep, and avoid the discussion.
"Oh! It seems to be over. Now it's time to go to class."
I then proceeded to the class and looked around. I saw my seat with my name written on it. It was at the back of the room, near the window. A good place to sit, generally. As I glanced around, I noticed that the room was already halfway filled with students.
I sat in my seat and started thinking about my future plans. The first on the list was my introduction to the class. I completed it in three to four seconds. If it had been the old me, it would have taken at least eight to nine seconds. I guess it's the perk of having his brain.
According to Google, his IQ is 280 (don't know of it's true) , which is no joke. Even L from Death Note has an IQ around 219. But L has far more experience than Ayanokouji, so I think it would be a very close battle. And still, I think I am not using it efficiently. Oh! Here she comes.
"What a coincidence," she says.
"Yeah, coincidences can be freaky. I am Ayanokouji Kiyotaka. You?" I introduced myself and asked her.
"You just went ahead and introduced yourself," she retorted.
"Well, it's the second time we met. Plus, you are my neighbor for a few periods of time and a classmate for three years, or possibly friends."
"Don't assume me as your friend. As for your request, I don't feel like telling you my name," she said.
I thought, 'Scary.'
"Well then, how about a nickname called...
Manabu-chan," I said with a clear smile.
"Wait, how did you know it?" She asks angrily.
"Know what?" I played dumb.
"Don't play dumb. The name Manabu," she said.
"Oh, that? Well, it's a character from one of my favorite anime called 'Tomodachi Game.' Why, did I name you something weird?" I said.
.....
Well, I then broke the silence.
"So hey. Do you mind if we become friends?" I asked.
"O-oh! You can forget about me being your friend. But since I will be your classmate for three years, I guess you may call me by my name instead of that name," she said, stuttering at first but calming herself down.
"So your name?" I asked once again.
"It's Horikita Suzune," she answers.
"Nice to meet you, Horikita-san," I greet as a formality of our relation as classmates.
"Nice to meet you, Ayanokouji-kun," she says in her cold tone, to which I smile in return.
To be continued...
Hey guys, I am back with my Cote fanfic. I am doing this because this is my first fanfic, but there were too many errors in the first parts. So I decided to make a remake of it. Hope you enjoy it.
