Cana was right now punching at a tree stump trying to master crush magic .while punching she began to think back a few days
After the kidnapping incident Gildarts and Master came back after a few days , Gildarts was crying a lot and hugging her until he was beaten by Cornelia for being over enthusiastic . But after the celebrations were over Cana came near her father
Cana-"dad can you teach me crush magic"
Gildarts – why do you want to learn that Cupcake, isn't your magic related to cards
Cana looked down for a moment and clenched her fists.
Cana- i know that dad but this time i don't want to be powerless when i don't have my cards
Gildarts had a small smile at this "looks like my kid is growing up"
Cana- and i don't want to put Karna in danger again for me i want to be strong enough to protect him from danger
Cana declared with spirit
And there goes the smile Gildarts had "Calm down Gildarts" he thought to himself
"i will get another chance later to kill him , if you act now there will be evidences left"

Cana narrowed her eyes
Cana-are you planning to do something to Karna
Gildarts – No , of course not
Gildarts hurriedly tried to cover to save himself. He thought to himself "damn it why is she so good at sensing things like this"

Gildarts- it will be hard but don't worry i will make sure that you will be a strong crush magic user .Gildarts grinned
Right now Cana was undergoing strength training courtesy of Gildarts to make her body strong enough to handle crush magic
After a few hours Cornelia came with the food
Cornelia- Cana come on its time to eat
By that time Cana was laying on the ground because of training all day and having her stamina run out. She managed to get up slowly and came to eat the food
Gildarts- well why don't you eat for now , i will bring the weights for more training
Gildarts then went away to their home
Cornelia- so Cana i have a question
Cana – yeah mum. she said while eating
Cornelia- do you think Karna will like you when you get muscles like your father
Cana suddenly froze
Cana – what do you mean muscles
Cornelia- well your father got muscles by doing this training so i figured you will get it too
Cana- wait what noooooooo. Realization and a horrifying image came inside Cana's head
Cornelia just smiled seeing the problems her child is facing at young age .she only hoped that her child wll have more time to enjoy them
Karna Pov

Today i have just completed the new quest of making sure that Ultear went to the path of time magic. Since she did not go to Grimoire heart the only way to make sure she went that way was to give her the arc of time manual i got as a reward
I tried to learn it but it seemed like i had no strong affinity towards time magic so i will be wasting my time investing in it .
And to make sure that she got it was easy .
Ultear being Ur's daughter had an affinity to ice magic but that was not the magic that she had the most affinity towards , so while learning Ice magic from Ur with Gray , she also went through the guild library to see if she had any affinity to magic in the Library
A well placement of the manual made sure that she got it , and the library is filled with so many spells and books that even Gramps did not know about every spell in it so chances of doubting its origin was low
And the fact about it being a lost magic ,hahahahaha the first thing that came to the head of most of them was that it will now be more easier to solve the collateral damage caused by the guild members
I hope she does not go crazy due to this because fairy tail wizard's collateral damage if unrestrained can even reach the yearly budget of the town
Right now i checked my reward from the system

Wow , its been a long time since i got an arrow from the system and it looks like this time it is from the Indian mythology of Karna

Man this will be very useful , i can already imagine the different ways i can torment my enemies with this
As i came to the guild i saw a girl with tattered clothes talking to the guild master , she had scarlet hair with an eyepatch
So Erza Scarlet the Titania of fairy Tail has come huh, looks like fate must have substituted someone else for Ultear i guess.
The surprising fact was that the system did not issue any mission for it
[the system was only created to give ways to create favorable conditions and save a few more people , it has no intention of meddling with every scenario , the system is also made with the idea of giving more freedom to the host]
Huh i guess that's a good thing , well i guess i will officially meet Erza after a few days i guess , she needs the bonding experience that she gets from Gray and i hope he does not do stupider things because of having less trauma this time around
Hmm , i should prepare for the opening of Eclipse gate soon , i have a few people to save in that incident .
I then began to move to the backyard to train more for the future.
