Overall rating: 7/10 Tl:dr review: It’s solid, but nothing more. 2nd Tl;dr review: Higher Ups, Lower Downs. It’s a really good series, good or ongoing RWBY fanfics are kinda hard to find imo. And the ones that are pretty good, apart from Gamer in Remnant was a yuri chat group type of fanfic so this fanfic was a nice find for me. I just want this fanfic to put the RWBY tag on it (as of this review it was not in the list of tags). Now, onto the long review (I’m trying to do a deeper dive into each part in Webnovel’s rating system). Writing Quality: 3/5 Its overall quite good as a book to only use half a brain. RWBY’s worldbuilding had plenty of potential with enough holes that Authors can plug it with their ideas and this time it worked. If you wanted a really serious type of work with dark elements, this story really isn’t it. Grammar is pretty solid really, there are some problems sometimes but it really isn’t much of a problem. Updating Stability: 2/5 For once I’m pretty early to the party, I’m usually quite late with reading fanfics and books so this is new for me. But as of writing this review, the latest chapter is 26 with nearly a month of no updates and looking at the Author’s previous works I’m kinda worried it’s gonna get dropped. Story Development: 4/5 When it hits it hits just as hard as dad’s belt and mom’s slipper. It follows RWBY quite well, and as of chapter 26 it’s reaching the near introduction of Penny. The MC does plenty of side stories as well (not the RWBY x Justice League thing) that builds character and the world outside of Vale a bit more. One really important thing to mention is that this fanfic should not be taken seriously, I’m not sure when the Author started this series but some creative liberties had been taken with the MCs family which may not match with the canon but still, cut the Author some slack yeah? Which like I said in Writing Quality, RWBY has plenty of potential and I’m glad to see that the Author sees it too. Another thing that gives it a +1 is Nora and Ren are together in this fanfic, which I really like ❤️. Character Design: 5/5 If I’m writing a serious review the MC and other characters would get a 3/5 but I’m reading this pretty causally and kinda half-brained so I’m really not taking this seriously. The MC is transmigrated as Jaune Arc nearing the canon beginning of RWBY with powers similar to UBM and other instant-craft and synthesis semblance so expect a lot of items from other universes. His semblance has actually been written quite well with strengths, drawbacks and etc that the Author placed a decent amount of thought into so good job there. The other characters are quite similar to RWBY PRIME (it’s what I call the canon storyline), but remember, it’s harem and they pretty much fall for the MC instantaneously, the one I liked was how Yang’s budding romance was handled, confident in her looks, past relationship issues etc, the only complaint is that I kinda wanted that to be lenghtened? Like make them work on their relationship for a few 10s more chapter before they confirm their relationship, cause it’s almost instant that they fall for the MC. (I get Phyrra, it’s how RWBY PRIME worked as well so eh.) World Background: 4/5 Like I said a lot, RWBY has a lot of untapped potential that I like. The countries and cities are well thought out and the whole relic thing are pretty well thought out as well, but then again I won’t be too critical with the Author as it’s like only 26 chapters in and it looks like there’s a lot more to come. So Author what I really want is maybe some update on your current status and a RWBY tag so that more individuals that are scouring WebNovel for a good RWBY fanfic to find this gem of a fanfic. Cheers P.S - WAAAGH energy should be ridiculously high priced if you ever want to make a similar TOON energy.

This is great. I love the characterization here and how the Author really knows the characters. I’ve never actually watched the original show but this is very much the kind of novel that has living characters with personal motivations and stories that drive the plot forward. In short, read this. 5 stars is for the algorithm, but I also genuinely like this fanfic. The Main character has such a great personality and it fits in well with everything else going on. I’m looking forward to more harem shenanigans.

I'm embarrassed to write a review for my own fic... but not to the point of not doing it. The protagonist can create anything in exchange for Aura or Magic, and the possibilities are insane. The beginning is a bit slow, but there are promises to create objects from worlds like Marvel, D&D, Attack On Titan, Power Rangers, and more...

The story overall is good, but I have an issue with the story flow. Is it just me, or does this story feel disjointed? When it changes scenes, there is no way of knowing it's a different point of view, and you get lost about who is talking. Is it the main character or someone else?
