"Escape? If there really were a disaster, would you have a chance to escape? Luckily, this meteor shower didn't directly hit our Heishi City, otherwise you wouldn't even have a chance to run for your life, so inexperienced!" someone beside coldly huffed disdainfully.
"Yes, if it had fallen directly on our heads, it's likely that not even nine lives would save us from death," another said, relieved.
"Do you think you won't die just because it didn't land on your head? Logically, such a grand meteor shower falling, even if it didn't hit Heishi City, would probably flatten everything within a thousand miles radius—I don't feel anything though?" someone else said, perplexed.
"True, such terrifying meteors falling, and not just one, but a shower of them, and I only felt a slight tremor, wasn't as horrifying as the legends say?" others echoed, also puzzled.
