The aftermath of the demon invasion left the once-magnificent royal capital, the Gem of the Ice Kingdom, in much destruction, but in Alex's eyes, it was much better than what he remembered from his previous life.

The sparkling snow that once adorned the city now bore the stains of blood, while many sections of the city, especially the residential area, were now reduced to rubble and debris, their grandeur replaced by the grim reality of invasion.

The capital city Quivira experienced a similar fate with demons using the human slaves to create disturbance and distrust and invading through a portal that appeared in the city's center.

But the city experienced much less destruction because the demons invading it were much less in number and strength and also struggled to do any significant damage because of the presence of Ravenglades Guild members.
