Watching Rama reveal a fearless smile and express his unwavering determination, Rozen and his companions fell into a complex silence.
"This is something only I can do now, the only compensation I can offer to Sita."
To those unfamiliar with the situation, these words might be perplexing, but anyone acquainted with "Ramayana" would understand the profound meaning behind them.
The root cause of everything lies in the abduction of Rama's wife, Sita, by the demon king Ravana. Despite being crowned as king and establishing an era of peace, rumors spread among the citizens that Sita was impure due to her captivity by the demon king.
In order not to go against public sentiment and fulfill his responsibilities as a king, Rama reluctantly abandoned Sita, who was pregnant, on the banks of the Ganges. Despite knowing Sita's purity and her repeated demonstrations of chastity, Rama believed it was impossible to convince the people.
In desperation, Sita prayed to the Earth, asking to be accepted if she was indeed pure. In response, the ground split open, and Sita willingly descended into it, proving her innocence but never returning.
In essence, the mature and completed Rama, now a king and a hero surpassing even Karna and Scáthach, owed a debt to Sita and failed her in various ways.
Therefore, when Rama says he is willing to sacrifice everything for Sita, it's because of the love he holds for her and the guilt he feels for his past actions. This uncompromising dedication stems from the purity and simplicity of his present youth, free from concerns about the throne or responsibilities.
"Though I no longer have Hanuman by my side and lack an army, it doesn't matter. I, the King of Kosala who defeated the demon king, can overcome Celtic Servants and rescue Sita," Rama declared. Despite the arrogance on his face, everyone understood that if Rama were to confront Celtic Servants, infiltrate the enemy's stronghold, it would be an endeavor with high risks and uncertain returns.
"Thank you for your assistance. I'm truly grateful."
With these words, Rama prepared to leave, lifting the immortal blade in his hand.
Witnessing Rama's determined resolve, the group was about to speak when suddenly, a voice erupted from Roman's wrist communicator, Olga Marie exclaiming in surprise.
"This is... Servant responses!?"
The group fell silent as Roman continued, "These are... multiple Servant and magical energy responses!"
"Be cautious! A legion is approaching you from the sky!" warned even Da Vinci, raising her voice.
"From the sky?"
Rozen and his party were momentarily stunned by this revelation.
"What... What's that...!?"
The indigenous people around them collectively gasped in terror, looking up into the sky.
In response, Rozen and his team quickly followed suit, looking upward. In the next moment, everyone saw it.
"Impossible..."
"No way...!?"
"Can such a thing happen too...?"
Inside Chaldea, Olga Marie, Roman, and Da Vinci were equally dumbfounded. Even Rozen and his companions showed little surprise.
"A ship...?"
Mash uttered the term with confusion.
Indeed, a ship.
A magnificently adorned golden ship sailed slowly from the distant horizon, arriving above the basin.
On the ship's deck, skeletal soldiers, resembling the resurrected dead emerging from a graveyard, stood densely packed.
They were Dragon Tooth Warriors.
A fierce and terrifying roar echoed from the forefront of the legion, where a colossal man, wielding an axe and sword, stood on the ship's bow, roaring towards the sky.
"Roarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr—!"
A ferocious and terrifying roar erupted from the front of the Dragon Tooth Warrior legion, echoing through the air. A colossal figure, tightly gripping an axe and sword, stood at the forefront of the ship's bow, roaring defiantly into the sky.
Apart from Berserker, who else could it be?
"Greek Pantheon..." Karna, already holding his divine spear, gazed at the sky with a solemn expression.
"Is it a Servant from Greece?" Rama halted, furrowing his brow.
"They found their way here?" Scáthach, with narrowed eyes, voiced her surprise.
"Why... Why is this happening?" Mash involuntarily exclaimed.
The golden ark appeared in a most awe-inspiring manner.
Observing this scene, Rozen's eyes continuously gleamed.
With the power of his "Mind's Eye," Rozen could discern that the golden ship didn't float due to its inherent power but rather through a magical effect.
Empowered by magic, the golden ark could ascend from the ground, hovering and descending from the sky. Clearly, their target was this basin or, more specifically, Rozen and his group.
"Creak... creak..."
Dragon Tooth Warriors leaped from the ship's deck, descending towards the basin.
"Quick... Run!"
"Demons are coming!"
"Demon!"
The indigenous people immediately panicked and fled, turning the entire basin into a scene of panic, chaos, and disorder.
"Senpai! Miss Scáthach! Activate the barrier!" Mash urgently shouted, hoping to deploy the protective barrier surrounding the basin.
"It won't work," Scáthach responded without hesitation.
"An exceptionally powerful mage is on the other side," Rozen calmly added.
The hastily deployed barrier, still incomplete, proved ineffective against their formidable opponent. This explained how the intruders discovered this hidden location.
In this situation, Dragon Tooth Warriors descended one after another, gradually forming a legion of skeletal soldiers, covering the basin's front.
"Roar!"
With a fearsome roar, Berserker descended like a projectile, slamming into the legion's front, creating a resounding shockwave and a cloud of dust that tremored the ground.
Berserker, now glaring with madness, focused on Rozen and Mash.
"Ugh...!"
Mash instinctively raised her shield.
"He's targeting us again?" Rozen sighed.
Both Rozen and Mash prepared to confront the approaching enemy. However, a voice from the golden ship interrupted the impending clash.
"Not yet, Berserker. Please refrain from acting recklessly."
The voice echoed through the air, reaching everyone present.
