Chương 11: chapter Eleven
Everyone in the palace had gathered at the courtyard and were whispering to themselves what happened why had the. prince summoned them? who had angered the prince.
Diego arrived dragging henry by his hair and flinged him on the floor everyone was shocked they began to move closer to get a better view of what was going to happen.
Diego finally stood on the stairs and addressed the people "I have called you guys here for you to witness what Is going to happen here,I know you people are shocked to see the prince on the floor but he has done something wrong and must be punished"Diego said.
The people became scared,when Diego said he was going to punish someone they knew he was going to torture the person to death.
"do you all want to know what this prince of yours did"he asked looking at their faces.
"yes we want to know"they all replied.
"well this pig wanted to Force himself on my wife,my own wife"Diego said pointing at Henry.
They all shouted who would think of doing such a thing to Diego,he could kill the whole village when he was angry so why would Henry provoke him
"guard tie him to the pole and get me a whip made with thorns"he yelled. The guards who didn't want to get into trouble ran to go and fetch what he had asked them to bring.
Rimona's guards had gone to inform her about what was happening
"my queen hell has been let loose in the palace"one of the guards said.
"what has happened this time"she asked.
"it is prince Diego he wants to kill prince Henry"he replied.
"what!!!"she said standing up from her seat
"yes my queen Henry tried to rape princess Ophelia"
"how could he do such a thing when he knows Diego very well"she said
"queen you have to save him or he will kill Henry"
"no I can't,Diego will also kill me too and I haven't achieve what I want it Henry's cross he should carry it"rimona replied.
"my queen what are you saying,you have to save him"the guard said trying to reason with rimona but she refused.
"look if you want to save him then talk to Ophelia maybe she can help I have better things to attend to"with that she entered her study.
Ophelia had finished bathing and took a seat close to the window as usual,then she saw a lot of people gathered in the courtyard "what could be happening down there?
she tried straining her eyes to get a clearer view and then she saw Diego holding a whip and Henry tied to a pole
"oh My God what is Diego doing"she said,she was beginning to get scared
"is he really to whip him with that,that is so inhumane how do I stop him,what if he kills Henry everyone will hate me and that won't end well at all"
She decided to go to the courtyard but the guards at the door refused to let her pass,she went back inside the room she didn't know what to do then a stupid idea came to her head she didn't even think it through she just jumped out of the window.
