Well i may be able to do that but it solely depends on my mastery of soul manupilation but let's see if it works.
I focused, my mind locking onto the new power that had been granted to me. "Soul Fracture," I whispered under my breath, trying to push through the mental strain.
A surge of energy pulsed through me, and for a moment, I felt my very essence stretch, pulling apart as if my soul was splitting. I could feel it—the piece of myself pulling away. It wasn't painful, just… strange, like something was missing.
Then, before me, a faint glow materialized. The light solidified, forming a translucent figure. At first, it was formless, a vague outline, but as I concentrated, it began to take shape. Slowly, it became clearer—a perfect copy of me, though something was off. The figure's crimson eyes were dim, and its posture lacked my usual confidence. It felt… hollow, like a reflection of myself without the drive that usually burned inside me.
"Well, well… this is… interesting," I muttered, eyeing the fragment. "Not quite what I expected, but it's a start."
I reached out and touched its shoulder. The figure mimicked my movement, the same cold, distant expression in its eyes. A strange sense of connection rippled through me. This fragment wasn't fully me—it was like a piece of me given form, but with less substance.
"Alright," I said, testing it. "Let's see how well you follow orders."
I willed it to move. At first, there was a moment of hesitation, but then it stepped forward, its movements slow and calculated, just like mine. I gave it another command, this time to raise its arm, and it did. The motions were stiff, but it obeyed.
I couldn't help but grin. "Now should i place the patience soul or the justice soul for a little experimentation"
i summoned both of them and broke a piece from each, though i was sure they will heal over time but isn't this my first time summoning these souls.
I stared at the cyan color of patience and the yellow of justice, the heart shaped souls seem a bit Alive.
The i ofcoursed summoned them back into my original soul. "Let's see, i am sure i can fuse two foreign soul shards into a blank slate like you, i mean you are just an avatar i am willing to create as an experiment"
With the cyan and yellow shards floating before me, I focused my intent, channeling the essence of both souls. The translucent avatar stood perfectly still, awaiting whatever transformation I would impose on it. The cyan shard of Patience pulsed faintly, its calming energy radiating in soft waves, while the yellow shard of Justice emitted a sharp, decisive aura, almost like it demanded action.
I raised my hand and commanded the two shards to merge into the blank slate of my fragment. "This is just an experiment. Let's see what happens when we combine two opposing traits."
The shards began to glow brighter, their light intensifying as they moved toward the avatar. When they collided with its form, the entire room seemed to vibrate with energy. The avatar's body pulsed, flickering like a glitching image, as it absorbed the fused essence. For a moment, I thought it might collapse under the strain, but then the trembling stopped.
The avatar opened its eyes—brilliantly glowing with a mix of cyan and yellow. Its once-hollow presence now brimmed with something new, a fusion of calm decisiveness. Its posture straightened, exuding both poise and authority.
I took a step back, impressed. "Well… you're definitely more than a blank slate now."
The avatar tilted its head slightly, as if analyzing its own existence. Then, for the first time, it spoke. "Purpose identified." Its voice was monotone yet layered, like two voices speaking in perfect harmony.
"Purpose?" I echoed, raising an eyebrow. "What purpose might that be?"
"To act with patience and justice. To preserve balance and ensure fairness in every decision."
I couldn't help but laugh. "Fairness? That's a pretty lofty ideal for an experiment. You're starting to sound like some kind of moral guardian."
The avatar didn't respond, merely standing still with that serene yet commanding presence. Curious, I decided to test its behavior.
I held out two shimmering fragments of energy in my palms. One was a genuine fragment from my own soul, rich and vibrant with the essence of who I was. The other was an artificial construct—a fabrication I had shaped using Soul Manipulation. Both looked almost identical, at least to the untrained eye.
"Alright," I said, smirking at the avatar. "If you're so balanced and fair, let's see if you can tell me which one of these is real. And more importantly, what would you do with the fake?"
The avatar's glowing cyan-and-yellow eyes locked onto my hands. It remained silent for a moment, its dual-toned gaze flickering as if processing the question. Then, without warning, it raised its hand and pointed to the fragment in my left palm.
"That one is genuine," it said, its layered voice calm yet resolute.
I arched an eyebrow. "And how can you tell?"
"The essence is unmistakable," it replied. "The fabricated fragment lacks the same resonance. While it mimics the structure of a soul, it is devoid of the depth and emotion that define individuality."
"Not bad," I muttered, impressed. "And what would you do with the fake?"
The avatar paused for a moment, as if considering its answer carefully. Then it extended its hand toward the fabricated fragment, its voice unwavering. "The false soul serves no purpose in this state. It should be repurposed into something meaningful or reintegrated into the whole."
"Reintegrated?" I said, intrigued. "So you'd just recycle it?"
The avatar nodded. "Balance must be maintained. Wasting even a fragment is inefficient."
I closed my hands around the fragments, smirking to myself. "Well, I guess you pass the test. Not bad for something that started as a blank slate."
The avatar inclined its head slightly in acknowledgment. "This was a satisfactory trial. Additional parameters may be required to optimize results."
I couldn't help but chuckle. It had gained a personality, albeit a rigid and overly logical one. "Ok terminator, go take care of the monsters around this building, i am going out for the time, but first i think there are some clothes in the room, wear them and go"
"Affirmative" As it said that it walked away.
It seems i can control my own souls flawlessly with soul manipulation but i can't control others souls…well unless i kill them or just find a way to grab them and cause an alteration.
Anyways, my experiment was sort of a sucess, when i fused it with patience and justice it seemed to have gained a Judge personality, so it has a judgment soul i guess, also it did look like me when i first created the slate but it seems when i did fuse it, it didn't seem to stabilize, so it's appearance may change a little and might also gain new abilities like the one it showed.
Well it's time to go swat a mosquito girl now
