"Let's go find out," Salma uttered, excitement evident in her voice as she grabbed Celeste's hand.

"Aren't we supposed to run away from trouble instead of approaching it?" Celeste's voice came out hesitant, even though her legs were already following Salma toward the direction where everyone was running to.

"I don't think this is trouble, and if it is, we'll run away once we find out," Salma responded, walking faster now as they approached a small crowd.

They slowed down when they arrived and maneuvered their way to the front where they could see what was happening. That was when Salma realized what was going on.

"It's the official opening of the plaza." She gasped as she set her eyes on the people standing on the raised platform. 

"What plaza?" A confused Celeste asked, not sure what Salma was talking about. Her eyes scanned the area in caution as she had never been around so many people.
