Chương 11: Chapter 11: Derek (3)
After the meeting about Dean's marriage was over. The Luna Queen left out.
"I will take my leave, father."
"Stay and listen in after all you will be the next King."
"I would love to father, but I want to find my chante. To see if any of the unmated female that came early this year is her."
The King looked at his son and sigh.
"Go find your chante, my son. I hope she turns up."
"Thank you, Father. I hope she does too."
I bow to my father and left the meeting room. On my way out, I ran into the Luna Queen. Seems she knew I was leaving out.
"We meet again step son."
(I just saw you a minute ago. Talk about bad memory.)
She smirked at me. Walked up to me.
"It would seem your fate is not looking so pretty. Don't worry there is still the princess waiting for you."
She patted my shoulder and walked away. As soon as she was far enough I took off my jacket, then tossed it to Dean.
"Burn it!"
"Are you crazy man. This cost a lot of money!"
I smirked look at his face and started to walk towards my bedroom. It was priceless.
"Does it have to do with it use to be yours?"
(If you guys are wondering. I didn't steal it and I didn't pull rank. It is just that Derek sucks at calling bets lol.)
"Yeesss.. I mean No.. It was custom made from Paris with the finest leather and design. It cost $2,535.68! Can I just keep it and don't wear it around you?"
I laughed.
"It cost that much. Dean, you are forgetting one thing?"
"What?"
"You are my Beta. Where ever I go, you go."
His face turned red when he realize his dilemma.
"Come on man. Just ignore it just this once. You don't have to burn everything she touches."
My blood was boiling at his words. I turned around and glared at him. He let out a whimper. His eyes began to glow. I don't have look at myself in the mirror to know my eyes are glowing as well.
Dante, my wolf, has a temper on him. It's either about our mother or mate that he get angry like this. No one doesn't know what she did but I do. I was a kid at the time. Who would believe a kid? Until I find proof I will hide what I know.
"You may keep it. Just make sure you wash her scent off it."
I looked at Derek was scared one second the next he is happy. Sometimes I wonder if he is bipolar. Nevermind him. I am wasting time. I need to find her. I can feel it. This time will be my time.
She will be ours.
Yes ours at long last.
"We to go now Derek! We have to cover every guest house around the castle"
"Why not start in the castle? There are plenty of females here."
"She is not here."
"How would you know?"
I sigh. Do I have to explain every thing to him. I turned to him.
"Dante is not picking up anything. These females is wearing too much perfume. Even if she is wearing perfume. Her scent is not calling me. None of the females are. Only chance if she is at any of the guest houses around the castle."
Dean looked at me like I am crazy.
"You sure? Cuz. I have been thinking about this girl, on the 5th floor that has this nice body and..."
I turned around and walked away. I will lose more brain cells listening to his nonsense. He was just talking about his so called girlfriend not to long ago.
"Hey wait for me man."
I can't wait for him to find his mate too so I can tell on him about how many girlfriends he had?
