Daniele knocked Cora’s bedroom door she’d been up there since she had found out who her father was. She’d cried and cried and hadn’t stopped her heart sank and she couldn’t help but to wonder what her mother was going through right now especially with those fucking bastards. They’d be torturing her for sure. Her mind was foggy and she felt disintoriated. ‘Sweet heart can I come in.’
‘No go away.’
‘I know your upset right now but please talk to me I’m here to help.’
‘No one can help.’
‘Please let me in sweetheart.’
The door unlocked and opened. He smiled waling in closing the door. She dropped to the bed and he Walked over sitting beside her. ‘I know you don’t want to hear this but I’m going to tell you anyway. Marco hasn’t stopped searching for your mother in the last fifteen years we just managed to find you first.’
‘How did you find me?’
‘We have our ways.’
‘How?’she asked angrily.
‘With lots of detective work and restless nights. We left no stone unturned at a guess they didn’t expect you to go far away especially another country. We expected your mother to be wIth you. When we found out she wasn’t it was another stumbling block. We were clever than them Cora, we knew you’d change your name what we didn’t expect was your mother just to give you up. We had to act fast we knew they would be searching for you after they were having no luck any where else we had to get you out of the U.K. and to safety. I know I acted in impulse but that’s me. Marco wanted you safe he thought you might know where your mother was. It took years for him to recover from his injuries and revenge was imminent. We’re sorry we dragged you into this but we will find your mom and you’ll all be reunited I promise you.’
She smiled at him she hoped it was true.
‘Look I’m sorry about what happened between us I would never take advantage of you Cora you have to believe me, I have the greatest respect for you.’
Shen smiled.
He placed his hand in her face turning her towards him. ‘I have no regrets Cora even if you do. I feel alive when I’m with you something I haven’t felt in such a long time since I lost my family.’
‘I’m sorry I...’
He placed his thumb in her lips. ‘Shh there’s not need for you to be sorry. I did for such a long time but I got my revenge and I killed those bastards that ruined my life and took my family away from me and took my life away.’ He looked at her. ‘I have a new family now and I have you.’ He leaned in closer.
‘We can’t Daniele What about.’
‘I don’t care all want is you.’

He pressed his lips,on hers kissing her, she foolishly returned his kiss kissing passionately.
‘Sir we’ve lost some more of our men.’
‘How the fuck did that happen?’
‘We went To Angel’s bar sir.’
‘Why the hell did you got there for? It’s not our territory.’
‘We had a tip off sir about Mia sir.’
He Un - reclined his chair.
‘She was spotted going in sir.’
‘We’re you sure it was her?’
‘We are she was easily guarded.’
‘Why was she in an over eighteens club Diablo?’
‘It was her birthday sir.’

‘Bribery sir. The guy behind the bar he told one of the men he was having a fag outside when we approached him sir, We showed him the photo we payed him a lot of money sir he said they called her Cora and she was celebrating so we gathered it was her birthday. We asked him to keep her there.’
‘So where is she?’
‘They got her out sir.’
‘Again what am I paying you for?’’
‘We’re sorry sir. They were quick lie they knew what was happening. They’re professional sir.’
‘Was this So called assassin with her?’
‘Yes sir he was covering heras they slipped out.’
