The money was ready by the time I called them. They were relieved to know that Claude was able to tell them where they were, and that they were safe.
"You have to wait for the police to -"
"Nope," I said. "This will be one of those drama we have watched when we were young. We all know they will take time to organize. I do not have time for that."
"Julie," Bree said, then she sighed.
"Do you honestly think that those two are sane? Much less in their mind?"

I remain silent. It was right, I should wait for the police to gather and then go to the place. That was the right thing to do. But, my kids were not normal. Not now. Not like before. There was a big possibility that those kids were already making havoc on Raymond and Eva's mental minds.
