Love Can Devastate

What if the thing you cared for most in life, the thing you built your entire past, present, and future on, completely dissapeared? This is the story of a boy who puts family before anything and everything, and what happens when tragedy strikes. (Oh, by the way, the main character is gay so... yeah. Though it's not an extremely important part of the story, I figured I should mention it.)
