April 8th, Monday.
Inside Studio 404, another day of hectic and busy work had begun.
Everyone was highly focused, with extreme work efficiency.
There was no other way; within the limited working hours, if you didn't at least try to raise your efficiency, many tasks truly would be difficult to complete!
Evidence had shown that there was a huge gap between the upper and lower limits of a person's work efficiency. With meaningless overtime and busywork, one's efficiency could virtually approach zero. Yet, as a deadline loomed, efficiency could soar infinitely close to, or even exceed, human limits.
The employees at Studio 404 basically lived in the latter state year-round.
This wasn't just due to the company's various welfare incentives, long-term physical training keeping everyone in their best working condition, or the pressure of impending deadlines, but also because of Boss Lu's leadership.
Boss Lu was truly fierce!
