The question about "Katana Guy" startled some of the other contestants. When they entered this mission, especially the young ones with a timid nature, they did not expect these kinds of things.

"I believe the best we can do is create some sort of small group that specializes in one section of the battle."

The middle-aged woman with blue hair smiles and then speaks.
"There should be five different groups, namely, healers and supporters, people who are going to help the injured and have supportive abilities such as healing others and improving the power of others."
"The second group, guardians, are the people with high defensive abilities who can take some damage without dying."
We all know that creatures have strong physical damage, and none of us can take it or stop it without dying.
"All we need are people who aren't going to die in one hit."
"The third group, the attackers—the people with high damage output and high agility—are going to attack the creature in close range and then quickly back down." These people need to focus on dealing quick damage and then getting out of the range of the creature.
"The fourth group, the cleaners, the people with both defensive and offensive capabilities, these people will need to focus on distraction and then clearing out the zombies that are around the Three-Headed Zombie King,"
"Fifth, range-heavy damages: people who use ranged weapons or mages with special abilities capable of harming the Three-Headed Zombie King from a distance will coordinate attacks with attackers to deal high damage."
"Any questions?"
The woman asked if anybody had questions on their mind. Germas, who is listening, speaks.
"What about the mission rewards?"
"Other than attackers, there will be no reward for others."
The woman laughed a little and then answered.
"Of course, there will be no reward for people who do no damage; their reward would be the completion of the mission.
In the end, the risk-takers are the attackers; they will be killing the Three-Headed Zombie King so that the mission will be completed and everyone's life will be saved.
"In return, they will be rewarded, and the supporters who are not taking any risks should be happy that they can complete the missions."
The words of a middle-aged woman with blue hair felt hard. In the end, nobody had anything to say; they knew, in their mind and soul, that there was nothing wrong with what the middle-aged woman said.
In the end, she is saying the truth: if the mission is not completed, everyone dies.
Supporters who do not take any risks in the battle should be relieved that the mission has been completed and they are still alive.
The people who are actively taking risks should be rewarded.
