Chương 5: Chapter 5: Titan Sea Territory_1

Why are so many creatures cheering for him?

Muria is really confused now, even if he is the son of Titan and the Golden Dragon, this scene is just too exaggerated.

From the edge of the castle to the edge of the island, there are creatures everywhere who worship him over-the-top. There are so many and packed tight, they shout his name and constantly pay him the highest respect.

Whether it's the Golden Dragon or Titan, while they are indeed rare and powerful creatures, they are not a sight that's incredibly rare to behold, is such a scene necessary?

"Mr. Muria, should we go down there?" Sophia, who had somehow gotten behind Muria, whispered.

"Er, just go down like this, don't I need to say something?" Muria raised his chubby "little" hand and scratched his head.

"No need, you just need to stand here and prove your existence, that is the greatest encouragement to them."

"Alright!" Muria reluctantly stepped down from the platform. The feeling of being the excitement and cheers of so many creatures was quite amazing. Although he was initially slightly overwhelmed, his nerve, which was exceptionally strong now, easily accepted this grand scene.

With the departure of Muria, the cheers of the creatures gradually stopped. Then, the creatures, filled with excitement, discussed amongst themselves and gradually left, returning to the places they originally stayed...

Upon returning to his room in the castle, Muria, who was full of doubts, could get his answers from Sophia, the blonde Dragonborn head maid standing before him.

He can see that Sophia's identity is very special, her status in this castle is very high, or else she wouldn't be responsible for taking care of him.

"What's going on?"

"Mr. Muria, do you know what this sea we are in is called?" Instead of answering Muria's question, Sophia asked him one instead.

"How should I know?" Muria's mouth twitched, whether it's the racial heritage of the Golden Dragon or the Titan, he only accepted the initial part. He has only a general understanding of the world of Elasia he is in.

Elasia is a vast world. Its main body is a Main Continent named Elasia that shares its name with the world itself. Twelve smaller continents of varying sizes are distributed around the Main Continent, protecting it in the middle. The thirteen continents split the sea, which is equivalent to the land area, into various pieces.

Muria didn't even know where he was, so how could he know what the sea area he was in was called.

"Thunderstorm Ocean!"

"Thunderstorm Ocean?" Muria exclaimed in surprise, his knowledge from the Golden Dragon heritage did include an introduction to the Thunderstorm Ocean, one of the nine oceans of the world.

"That's right, this is where your father, Titan Ansol Iapetos, and the Titan Tribe he belongs to are located. Thus, this ocean was named after the power mastered by the Titans. It is said that before the Titans occupied this ocean, it had another name, but almost no one remembers it. As for these islands we are on, they are called..."

"Titan Islands." Before Sophia could finish, Muria interrupted. In the heritage knowledge of the Golden Dragon, there was an introduction about this ocean. The Ancient Golden Dragon who left knowledge about the Thunderstorm Ocean assessed it this way: Unless necessary, do not set foot in this sea, as the consequences are unpredictable.

In this knowledge, Muria saw an Ancient Golden Dragon, powerful enough to modify the heritage of the Golden Dragon race, full of awe towards the Thunderstorm Ocean, and considered the Titan Islands, the core of the Thunderstorm Ocean, as forbidden ground.

Having understood his location, Muria suddenly realized something. That's why the Golden Dragon Mother chose to build the castle on the edge of the Islands, rather than in the center, because this is Titan territory. If it weren't for his Titan father, the Golden Dragon Mother might not have even dared to come here.

"But I still don't understand why those creatures were so excited to see me?"

"Because, in the future, you are very likely to receive their allegiance." Sophia said with a peculiar expression.

"Huh?" Muria was baffled.

"Mr. Muria," the blonde maid sighed, "You have to know, for the creatures living in this ocean, the Titans are their supreme ruler. Even though the Titans don't care about that, it doesn't change the fact of their status as rulers."

"Hmm." Muria nodded. It seemed like he understood a bit, but there were still some points he hadn't figured out. He signaled Sophia to continue.

"Within the Thunderstorm Ocean, countless oceanic tribes wish to pledge their loyalty to the Titans, longing to follow the Titans, willingly becoming their servants, but…" At this point, Sophia's expression revealed a hint of helplessness, "The Titans simply do not accept their allegiance because they believe it to be meaningless."

Upon hearing this, a spasm tugged at the corner of Muria's mouth, leaving him at a loss for words. He roughly understood what was going on but remained silent, letting Sophia continue her story.

"However, fifteen years ago, when we followed the esteemed Archmage Atris Alonsus to the Titan Islands, the beings of the Thunderstorm Ocean heard of your existence, the Child of Titan and Dragon, for the first time. Consequently, many creatures flocked here, wishing to serve you and offer their loyalty."

"Fifteen years ago, back then, I was still an egg!" Muria laughed as he listened to Sophia's words.

"Correct. Back then, your existence had yet to be confirmed, but the mere rumors alone already caused quite spectacular ripples." Recalling the situations at that time, a smile appeared on the beautiful face of Sophia.

"When Archmage Atris Alonsus first built the Crystal Castle, he didn't intend for it to be this large, nor did he plan on using Magic Crystals for the construction. However, when Archmage Atris came here, countless ocean tribes presented all different sorts of treasures excavated from the seafloor, with Magic Crystals being the most plentiful.

The expression on the archmage's face upon seeing the piled-high Magic Crystals and myriad treasures was a sight to behold; I could never forget it." The Head Maid began to cover her mouth to suppress her giggles, "And so, the idea of constructing the castle with Magic Crystals was birthed."

"So, that's how my mother's castle was built. Considering this, I can say I'm responsible for more than half of the castle's construction. At the very least, I should own half of this castle." Young Muria naively thought.

"In the beginning, there were only over thirty Cloud Giants and five Storm Giants guarding the castle." Sophia lifted her head, looking at the chubby giant infant before her.

"But now, there are well over sixteen hundred Cloud Giants guarding the castle, and the number of Storm Giants is also nearing a hundred. Moreover, their numbers are still growing. It is anticipated that more and more Cloud Giants and Storm Giants will arrive here in the future, all thanks to your existence."

This kind of terrifying influence made Sophia find it hard to believe, but the reality was just that. Even for a legendary Golden Dragon, the current number of giant guards far surpassed the standard by who knows how many times.

"The Titans rejected them." Muria's face displayed a rather strange expression, "So they just assumed that I, who possess Titan bloodline, would accept their allegiance?"

"Your lineage not only includes the bloodline of Titans but also that of Golden Dragons. And giant dragons do enjoy gathering some servants to guard them, so..." Sophia paused, seeing that there was no need to further her explanation.

Indeed, many giant dragons enjoy having some servants, whether they are good dragons or evil dragons. Taking evil dragons as an example, many chromatic dragons would receive all kinds of creatures, as long as they swore fealty - even the infamously weak creatures such as gnomes, gnolls and goblins were accepted.

Muria sat on a crystal bed carved from red Fire Element Crystals, rubbed his chin and began to ponder. The thought of so many powerful creatures voluntarily serving him even before he was born filled his whole body with ease.

"Master Muria, do you plan on refusing or accepting?"

Hearing Sophia's question, Muria furrowed his brows. The idea of rejecting them cleanly like his father, a Titan, did, felt somewhat regrettable.

Not too long ago on the rooftop, the Muria who had just received the close-up kneeling tribute of over a hundred Cloud Giants found himself a bit infatuated with the sensation.

Therefore, he lifted his head and a grin appeared on his chubby face: "Why should I refuse? Of course, I choose to accept!"

Sophia nodded, a radiant smile appearing on her face, and then she left the room.

It didn't take long for Muria to hear the faint sound of cheering from outside the castle. He stepped out of his room, onto the corridor outside, and looking down through the transparent crystals of the corridor, he saw an abundance of monsters cheering and jumping for joy.

Perhaps due to the excellent soundproofing of the castle, the cheering that should've shaken the heavens became barely audible by the time it reached Muria, making him feel as though he was watching a mime play.

Even without hearing the voice, Muria could still sense the excitement of those monsters – their dancing and yelling, their bulging veins resembling earthworms, were all displaying the fermentation of their excitement.

This display of excitement, just like a contagious disease, quickly spread throughout the entire sea island; and then, the sea water around the island started to boil. Naga, Mermaids, Tidal Giants, Sea Beasts... various oceanic beings once again emerged from the sea, shouting, putting on an extraordinarily grand spectacle.

Muria, of course, understood the cause of all this commotion. He looked down at his feet, outside the castle, at Sophia, the Head Maid who had just left his room, who now stood beside a Cloud Giant of fifteen-meter height with bulging muscles.

"Sophia, huh? A Dragonborn infected with the aura of a True Dragon!" Muria muttered the name of the head maid who had been looking after him for five years, then turned back into his room.
