Lola Hussey wondered, why did Ethan Ainsley try to comfort her?
She was doing just fine.
"Oh, I can't sleep."
She was feeling very excited now.
Ethan knew what was going on; he learned that his grandmother had made it difficult for Lola by asking her to cook to her satisfaction.
In fact, he hadn't even finished dealing with his own matters and had hurried back.
Wendy Hollander glanced up at the young couple, who were holding hands as soon as they got home, creating a heartwarming scene of peace and happiness. But thinking of her plans and arrangements, she looked away and remained silent.
Lola asked him, "Ethan, are you hungry? I can make borscht, and it tastes really good."
Upon hearing this, Ethan looked at the stew pot on his side table.
His gaze returned to her face and he said softly, "Not very hungry."
With that, he walked toward the side table.
He picked up the stew pot from the table.
