Ethan Ainsley slowly squatted down.
With dry fingertips, he wiped the tear marks on her face. Her eyes were red as a little rabbit's; his heart felt like it was pierced with countless needles, regretting how he treated her.
The young lady held a grudge.
She pushed him without using much strength, "You already left, why did you come back? Isn't it your style to be decisive in doing things? Being indecisive isn't your style."
"Are you still angry?"
"Yes, angry, I don't want to talk to you." She said resentfully.
However, Ethan Ainsley was smiling, apologizing to her, "I was wrong."
"Don't use the same lines as I did just now; you don't apologize." She said angrily.
Ethan Ainsley's smile lingered at the corner of his eyes, gradually spreading. Lola Hussey didn't know what he was laughing at, but she heard him coax her like a child and pulled her sleeve, "Calm down."
Such a simple gesture with just a few words made Lola Hussey unable to remain angry.
