After returning to her room, she didn't turn on the light and leaned against the door to call Ethan Ainsley.

Only when she took out her phone did she see that she had missed five calls, all from Ethan, but her phone was on silent mode, so she had missed his calls.

She hurriedly called back, and the call was quickly answered on the other end: "I'm on the plane. It'll take about another hour and a half to reach North City."

"Did you come back?"

"I kept calling you and no one answered, so I was afraid something had happened and I rushed back," he said.

He spoke heavily on the other end of the line, and Lola Hussey didn't know what to say. Thinking of what her brother had said earlier, she hesitated whether or not to tell Ethan.

Ethan spoke up before she did: "Lola Hussey."

Lola froze.

Ethan had always called her Lola or simply addressed her directly, almost never using her full name.
