Within a blink, all of them were tossed into a carriage like logs of wood. Ace had warned against a counter attack on their captors as he was yet to understand how their oppressors could use mana while they couldn't.

Perhaps he was trying to play it safe, but it wouldn't hurt to learn more about this new world they had been transmigrated into.

The journey began immediately after a lock sealed the carriage door. Two horses with unicorn-like horns were in charge of driving the carriage and as they sped off, their cry traveled through the night.

Ace had his eyes on the princess as they rode, and he could tell she was a big deal with the presence she carried.

The princess in an attempt to catch a glimpse at her new finds met with Ace's gaze. She had expected him to turn away at her stare, but he didn't budge— the look in his eyes suddenly made her nervous and she looked away with a frown.
