....hmm for the second wish to unlock any quirks dealing with elemental manipulation you must first defeat the original owner of the quick with his or her own quirk no other quirks are allowed, but other than elemental quirks you ar the third wish your stamina will increase every day in till it has met your goal now time to go goodbye *flick* bye have a nice time don't come back too soon"
