"Can I borrow your cell phone to show this problem to the higher-ups? We can't move recklessly when the problem has jeopardized the security of this base," Victor explained seriously, his voice sounding colder than before. 

"Sure, you can take it with you. But make sure to return it to me," Theodore replied, nodding his head with no problem.

Victor then waved his hand at the two subordinates, getting up from his chair and intending to rush to meet his superiors in charge of this base immediately. 

When they all wanted to leave Victor's room, Theodore saw with his eyes that someone boldly opened the door of Victor's room loudly without even saying excuse me first. 

"Captain! There are reports that the Cataclysm Brotherhood has started acting up again. They are convoying the streets and killing anyone they see on the way." The soldier reported the emergency situation with a very noticeable anxious face.
