Chương 2: Chapter 2
Year 75, November 15th

Today is my birthday, turning six and as you could guess I get my supernatural vision today.
I got up from bed and got ready. I let my red hair flow down today as I liked it like that.
Running into the living room both my parents were already up and ready with presents in hand and I smiled at that.
'Aww my little one is so cute when he smiles like that.' I heard my mom say but then I froze as I realized her mouth didn't move. I stayed frozen for a second before moving towards them again with a smile.
"Happy birthday kiddo I hope you like your presents, come on open them up." My father said excitedly.
'I hope he likes it, I know he's been asking for this for a while.' Again I heard but he didn't move his mouth. Before I jump to any conclusions I need more tests, I need to get through this first though.
My fathers present was a set of eight kunai's to start training with and my mothers present was a set of sixteen shurikens. I can't wait to test them.
"Thanks I love them, I'm a train right now." I said excitedly as I ran off. Both my parents just laughed at my antics.
Now that I was outside on my way to the training grounds it's time to see what happened earlier.
'I think I read their minds…well hearing their thoughts is more accurate because of my supernatural hearing.' I concluded.
Looking around I was near a lot of people so I might as well try it now.
As I walked I willed my ears to hear thoughts and not long after I got something.
'I can't believe I got promoted to Chunin rank! Hahaha!'.
'I'm so hungry but I have no money! What can I do?'.
So many different thoughts entered my head that it was overwhelming so I stopped. But I was excited, this was an extremely useful ability to have.
I kept walking and eventually got to the training grounds. Immediately I used a kunai to mark a target on a tree and got to throwing.
I started with shurikens first, I picked one up and moved it around until it felt right. Then I threw it…and I missed, which was expected.
About fifteen minutes later and I still didn't even touch the tree.
'God I suck at this, in my previous life my accuracy was amazing, here it's nonexistent.' I thought to myself, sulking.
On my way to pick up my shurikens I felt a pain in my eyes, like a thousand needles were prickling it.
"Ahh! What the hell!?" I said as I painfully covered my eyes.
Only after another five minutes did the pain disappear and I opened my eyes.
"Woahh! Everything looks beautiful!" I said, and it truly did. It was like I was actually seeing for the first time. I could see far away and see the tiniest particles of the air.
But also it was just colorful, it blended together perfectly.
Everything moved much slower as well but I knew that was just my perception.
I decided to take a break from training and just have fun with my senses.
Very quickly I found out I could see through things which were given with supernatural sight. I could also see my chakra network and how it moved in my body.
Overall everything just seemed so much more than it was and it made me excited to see what else I can do.
Getting back to reality I cleaned up my shurikens and next took out my kunai's to train with.
I looked at the target far away and suddenly I could see information in front of me.
I saw the distance between me and the target, the amount of force needed for a bullseye, and the trajectory the kunai needed to take.
After taking in the information I threw the kunai and it flew and landed in the dead center.
My jaw dropped, not even thirty minutes ago could I even hit the tree and now I just hit dead center.
With my new found excitement and energy I kept throwing my kunai and a couple shurikens. All of them making it in the dead center, I even changed the trajectory of the shurikens a couple times with another one and it still hit it.
'This must be how people with dōjutsus feel, no wonder some of them are so arrogant and entitled.' I thought as I cleaned up.
I started to head back home and as I watched people I could see their chakra, how powerful it is, and even tell its nature.
Some people were warm and bright but a small number were cold and dark. I think those belong to people who have killed others in wars, that was my suspicion anyway.
I found it useful though, with my other senses I could tell a person's full intent on me or those around me.
I finally made it home and went to my room to go take a bath but I noticed something different as I looked in the mirror.
My eyes changed from a light brown to a blush gray. That's not even the best part, it looked like lightning filled my eyes. It was like a storm, thankfully though the lightning didn't move that would be even harder to explain.
I shook my head and just got into the bath. After my bath I got ready once again and went to bed.
'I need to start training my lightning more, I'll do that until the academy starts.' I thought as I closed my eyes.
