I reincarnated in a godless world... and I'm not the protagonist?!

Suzuki, a young prodigy yakuza leader is faced with death as he saves his comrades from death facing a rival gang in a near impossible fight. As he sits, life fading from him he regrets many things in his life but is satisfied with his final moments. He slowly shuts his eyes fading out of existence following a bright light and the hum of birds.

He then awakes to a forest and the light patter of rain and... a new body?!? As he questions his surroundings and his appearance a beast of the forest makes a move on him, or is it her? What other surprises await Suzuki in this new life?
