Aiden was ordering the Goblin to moved around as they started to make a few more buildings, as Radomira looked at him
Radomira looked at Aiden slime body. "So I have questions did you ever question why the Neutral Area are so smart"
Aiden then stopped. "I asked Great Red about and his answer was because the large amount of Magicule's that are not being observed by Olga or Celestain"
Radomira looked at him. "Do you think that they even know about their fact"
Aiden looked at him. "Maybe or maybe not...still he might know"
Radomira looked at him. "You mean the insect God"
Aiden nodded, his slime body shifting slightly as he considered her words. "Yeah, the Insect God. He's been in this world longer than most, observing everything from the shadows. If anyone knows about the magicules and their effect on the Neutral Area, it's probably him."
Radomira raised an eyebrow, intrigued. "Do you plan on talking to him?"
Aiden sighed. "I've been avoiding it, honestly. He's not exactly the most approachable god, and dealing with someone like him could be... complicated. But if it helps us understand why monsters in this area are smarter, it might be worth it."
Tamamo, who had been listening from the side, chimed in, "It's not just the magicules, you know. The balance of power in this world is shifting. Between Celestain, Olga, and now you… it's only natural that other forces, like the monsters, start evolving too."
Radomira tilted her head, her playful smile returning. "You think so? Well, darling, if that's the case, we better stay sharp. I don't want our little village here to get caught off guard by some overpowered creatures."
Aiden chuckled. "You have a point. I guess we should start preparing for more than just goblins and wolves."
Radomira smiled, then leaned closer, teasingly. "And I still want to see you in a human form soon, Aiden. Slimes are cute and all, but..." she trailed off with a mischievous wink.
Aiden sighed, glancing over at the goblins as they continued their work. "One thing at a time, Radomira. One thing at a time."
Aiden sighed. "Olga dark lands and Celestain Kingdoms run on the logic of Kuroinu but the Neutral Are run on the logic of that time I got reincarnated as a slime"
Radomira noded. "Yes your correct but... I wonder".
Aiden just sighed. "Fucking Demon lord's exgist don't they the Neutral Area is insane, no wonder no Kingdom exgist and why both Olga and Celestain haven't even taken over this are, will more like Olga"
Radomira tilted her head, her expression shifting to one of curiosity. "You're right about that. The Neutral Area is a unique space, unlike anything in the kingdoms of Kuroinu. The influence of the magicules and the existence of powerful beings make it a wild card."
Aiden leaned against a nearby tree, contemplating. "It's almost like the Neutral Area is a buffer zone between the conflicting powers. The demons and Celestain's knights probably avoid it because they don't want to deal with the unpredictability. If they entered here, they'd be stepping into an unknown that could easily backfire on them."
Radomira crossed her arms, a thoughtful look on her face. "And what about the demon lords? If they truly exist, they could see the potential of this place as a stronghold. But perhaps they're wary of the magicules too? It's a risk that could change the balance of power."
"Exactly," Aiden replied, his voice low. "The demon lords might have their eyes on this place, but they likely know that the Neutral Area is teeming with untapped power that could either bolster their strength or turn against them."
Tamamo interjected, "And let's not forget the potential allies among the monsters. If they become aware of their intelligence and capabilities, they could rise up, forming a force strong enough to challenge both Celestain and Olga."
Aiden nodded, feeling the weight of their discussion. "That's why we need to be cautious. We have a lot to gain from this place, but we also have to be prepared for what could come next."
Radomira leaned closer, her playful demeanor returning. "So, what's our next move, oh wise and powerful slime? Do we rally the monsters? Start building a secret army? Or maybe just throw a party and see who shows up?"
Aiden smirked at her suggestion. "A party could be a good distraction while we figure things out. But we'll need to keep our eyes open. The last thing we want is to throw a party and end up with a demon lord crashing it."
Radomira laughed lightly. "That would be quite the story, wouldn't it? 'Slime hosts party, demon lord gatecrashes.' But in all seriousness, Aiden, I think we should consider reaching out to the more intelligent monsters in the area. If they're smart, they could be valuable allies."
"Good idea," Aiden agreed. "Let's start building relationships, and maybe even alliances. If we can gather enough support, we might just make the Neutral Area a safe haven for everyone."
With that, the trio began discussing their plans further, their ambitions growing as they considered the potential that lay ahead in the ever-shifting landscape of Kuroinu.
Tamamo then said. "Plus it not like any new knight outside Maia will come here to our town of Aether"
As then Fenrir came out Aiden shadow. "Master a group of kings are coming here, Maia is with and two other knight"
Aiden looked at Tamamo. "So you were saying"
Tamamo just looked at her. "I swear I was kidding"
Aiden loomed at Fenrir. "Who else are with Maia"
Fenrir them spoke. "Another princess Knight I think, A Pink Hair girl, and a brown hair knight....who needs proper Armour"
Aiden blinked as he though. "Let's see the Pink hair one is Probably Prim as for the other Claudia, both are princess Knight, I am supires Celestain"
Aiden blinked, processing the information. "So, Prim and Claudia are coming here along with Maia? That's unexpected. I didn't think Celestain would send so many of her princess knights to our small village."
Tamamo crossed her arms, slightly annoyed. "I guess I jinxed it. But why would they come all the way to Aether? It's not exactly the most inviting place for knights, especially with all the monsters roaming around."
Fenrir continued, "They seem to be on some kind of mission, though they haven't revealed much. Maia looked relaxed, but the others… they seem more cautious, especially Claudia."
Aiden sighed, his mind racing with possibilities. "We'll have to greet them properly. If Celestain sent them, there must be something important going on. Maybe they're here to investigate the Neutral Area further or even make some kind of alliance."
Radomira leaned closer, her eyes twinkling with curiosity. "An alliance with Celestain's knights? That would be interesting. But what's their angle? Why now?"
Aiden shook his head. "That's what I want to find out. We'll need to be careful, but this could be an opportunity. If we play our cards right, we might gain some powerful allies."
Tamamo raised an eyebrow. "And if things go south?"
Aiden grinned. "Then we'll figure something out, like we always do."
With that, they prepared to meet the approaching group, knowing that whatever was coming next would likely shift the balance of power in the Neutral Area once again.
Maia glanced at Prim and Claudia as their horses trotted steadily toward Aether. The journey from Feon had been long, nearly two days, and the weariness of travel was starting to show. Still, she couldn't help but feel a bit annoyed at the unexpected presence of Prim.
Claudia, the ever-serious knight, glanced at Prim as well, her brow furrowed. "Are you sure you wanted to come? This isn't exactly a sightseeing trip, Prim."
Prim, timid as always, stuttered as she tried to explain herself. "I-I um... yes, Claudia-sama, I wanted to help. It's important... isn't it?"
Maia, riding ahead of them, sighed deeply. "You better hope Alice doesn't find out about this, Prim. You practically sneaked out when it was supposed to be just me and Claudia. You girls... always stirring things up."
Claudia, ever the responsible one, scolded Prim lightly. "You know how dangerous the Neutral Area can be, Prim. This isn't like the Kingdoms. We have no idea what awaits us in that village."
Prim looked down, guilt flashing in her eyes. "I know, but... I just wanted to prove myself. I didn't want to stay behind and be useless."
Maia softened slightly at Prim's words. She knew the young knight meant well, but the Neutral Area was unpredictable, and they had already heard unsettling rumors about Aether. "Alright, just stay close when we get there. No unnecessary risks, okay?"
Claudia nodded in agreement. "Right. We'll have to be cautious. There's something strange about this place. And if Aiden Red really is as strong as they say, we're walking into something we don't fully understand."
The group continued riding toward Aether, the unease of what lay ahead hanging in the air like a storm on the horizon.
Claudia glanced at Maia with suspicion lingering in her eyes. "You're telling me this village is run by Goblins?" Her tone was sharp, reflecting the brutal history they shared with the creatures.
Maia sighed, already anticipating the question. "Yes, I said that. But they're not like the ones from Olga's territory. They aren't the same." Her voice was calm, but it carried an edge of conviction.
The horrors they had witnessed under the Dark Queen's rule were enough to make anyone skeptical. In Olga's territory, Goblins were notorious for their cruelty—especially toward captured female knights, turning them into breeding machines for their monstrous ranks. That nightmarish image was ingrained in all their minds. It was difficult to picture a Goblin in any other light.
But Maia had seen the truth for herself. "When I visited Aiden's village, it wasn't like that. Not at all. I even saw female Goblins, and none of them were mistreated. They lived like normal people, if a bit... different."
Claudia narrowed her eyes. "And what of this slime? This Aiden? You trust him?"
Maia nodded firmly. "He's a good person... or, well, a good slime, I suppose. A bit strange, sure, but there's no darkness in him like in the creatures of Olga's army." She couldn't help but smile, remembering her first odd encounter with him. Aiden had his quirks, but his heart—or whatever a slime had in place of one—was in the right place.
"And then there's the armor," Maia added, gesturing to their new gear. "He gave us these, didn't he? You have to admit, it's far superior to the old 'armor' we used to wear. This feels like proper protection, not... well, whatever we had before."
Claudia begrudgingly admitted to herself that the new armor was an improvement. Their former gear had been more for appearance than functionality, leaving them exposed in battle. Aiden's gifts had changed that.
"Fine," Claudia said, her voice softening slightly. "But we'll keep our guard up. Just because this place is different doesn't mean we can afford to be careless."
Prim, who had been listening quietly, nodded in agreement. Despite her nerves, she trusted Maia's judgment. The village of Aether might be different from what they expected, but that didn't mean it was without danger. They all knew better than to let their guard down.
As the group of knights dismounted, they were greeted by a tall, imposing figure—King, the Goblin leader. His muscular frame and human-like appearance immediately caught Prim's attention, leaving her blinking in disbelief.
King gave a respectful nod toward Maia, a faint smile playing on his lips. "It is a pleasure to see you again, Lady Maia. And I see you've brought more knights with you."
Maia returned the nod. "It's good to see you too, King. I've brought some of my comrades this time. They were curious about the village."
Prim, still staring wide-eyed at King, muttered under her breath, "He's a Goblin... but he looks so human... and so... muscular." Her voice was filled with awe, not quite believing the sight in front of her.
Claudia, standing next to her, raised an eyebrow but remained silent, scanning King carefully. She could see what Prim meant—this Goblin was far from the brutish, malformed creatures they were used to seeing in Olga's forces. There was something undeniably different about Aiden's village, and King's appearance was just the beginning.
King, noticing Prim's surprise, chuckled softly. "You must be one of Lady Maia's companions. Welcome to Aether, the village may seem different from what you're used to, but I assure you, we mean no harm."
Maia gestured toward her fellow knights. "This is Prim Florire, and this is Claudia. We're here to help out and see more of what Aiden's been building here."
King's smile widened slightly as he looked at the new arrivals. "It's an honor to have you both here. Aiden will be pleased to meet you, though I must warn you, he's... quite unique."
Maia snorted at that. "You could say that again."
Prim finally regained her composure, shaking off the initial shock. "I-I look forward to seeing the village," she said, still glancing at King with a mixture of curiosity and uncertainty.
King nodded, gesturing for them to follow. "Come, I'll show you around. Aether may not be like the kingdoms you know, but it's a place where all can live in peace. Aiden's vision for this village is something we're all proud of."
As King led the group of knights through the village, Claudia and Prim began noticing something strange. Claudia suddenly felt a blanket draped over her shoulders. Startled, she reached for her sword, ready for an attack, but stopped when she realized it was not an act of aggression.
Standing before her was a blushing male Goblin. He glanced away, clearly embarrassed.
"You should, uh, cover yourself more," the Goblin muttered, his face flushed. "That... armor is... not really appropriate."
Before Claudia could respond, the Goblin scurried off, leaving her confused. She glanced down at her attire—Maia's new armor design—before looking around and seeing more goblins behaving the same way toward her fellow knights. They were covering the knights with blankets or averting their eyes, all while muttering comments.
Prim, standing nearby, had a similar experience. The goblins didn't seem hostile, but they were clearly uncomfortable with the revealing design of the armor. Claudia could hear them whispering among themselves, calling the armor design "improper" and even going so far as to grumble, "Whoever made this armor must be a pervert."
Claudia sighed, rubbing her temples. "Well, this is unexpected."
Maia, overhearing the commotion, walked over and smirked. "I told you, Aiden's village is different. Even the goblins here have standards."
Claudia, still holding the blanket draped over her, glanced at Maia. "I can see that... It's just strange to see goblins reacting this way."
King, noticing their confusion, chuckled softly. "In Aether, we value respect. It's one of the reasons the village thrives. Apologies if my people made you uncomfortable, but we believe in treating everyone with dignity."
Prim, now blushing herself, tugged at her armor awkwardly. "I... didn't expect this at all."
Claudia nodded in agreement, still adjusting to the new reality of Aether and its highly conscious goblins. "Neither did I... but I suppose it's better than the alternative."
