Immortal Mountain, Immortal Continent
There in a hut sat a young and handsome man with long white hair that reached his feet. He was in a beautiful white Daoist Robe that was decorated with golden dragons and red phoenixs. The young man seemed to not have any cultivation, but the aura he gave off seemed ancient and incredibly demonic. Anyone who saw him would think twice before provoking him.
Ye Yang looked around the small hut he had been living in for the past few million years and sighed.
"Ah, this place is just too boring now. After living for so many years in solitude I can only feel lonely. I have been living a simple life for so many years, I should take a look and see how the world is now."
Ye Yang scanned the simple room, there was a small bed, as well as scrolls and cultivation techniques on a wooden table, it might have looked cozy if not for the dust that covered everything. On the table a small golden ring with a large blue gem sat quietly observing the surroundings. The ring looked inconspicuous at a glance, but if you looked closely you would notice that not a spec of dust dared to go near it. The ring seemed to exude a strange and ancient aura.
'Master is finally going to go out!'
This was shocking news to the ring who had been by the side of Ye Yang for millennia. The ring knew that it's master was not one who liked to wander around. It's master was a noble existance who had decided to settle down, because his existence alone was enough to destroy the entire universe. The ring knew how serious this was, because the last time his master had wandered around, entire races were destroyed. The ring knew this and could only pray his master would not go out, it had no place in interfering with his actions.
"Haha! Little Ring, I never knew you cared so much about the world!"
Ye Yang couldn't help but laugh at the thoughts of the ancient ring. Naturally, Ye Yang would not be so outgoing this time, he would restrain himself more so the inhabitants of this world would be safe.
"Little Ring, I am curious how the outside world has changed since my last outing. I have decided, let's go!" Ye Yang had a small smile on his face while he said this, which made the ring shudder.
Ye Yang started to walk out of the hut and the ring flew to his hand obediently. After he stepped out, a strange scene occurred. The hut seemed to lose color and flicker, until finally it disappeared from the spot. The surrounding demonic beasts with low cultivation could only shudder when they saw this before slipping away.
Ye Yangs gaze swept around as he looked at the beautiful mountains and trees. The mountains were incredibly tall, they were so tall that even if you had a good cultivation you still could not see the top. There were many spiritual plants in these mountains which added to the beauty of them.
"This is why the Immortal Continent has always been my favorite continent."
This was the Immortal Continent, which was one of the many large continents in the Divine World. The Divine World was very large, in fact just the Immortal Continent covered billions of miles alone. In this world people sought immortality by cultivating through the Heavenly Dao. Cultivation was the law of the jungle, and if you want to survive you must cultivate diligently, as strength rules supreme.
The levels of cultivation are divided into 10 large realms, each large realm having 10 small realms. The large realms include Body Tempering, Qi Gathering, Foundation Establishment, Core Formation, Golden Core, Nascent Soul, Twin Souls, Tribulation, Half-God, True-God.
These are the basic realms in the Divine World, but there are even higher realms such as Emperor, Godly-Venerable, God-King, and Divine King realm.
But none of this mattered to Ye Yang, as his strength could not be described by cultivation levels. Ye Yang was so strong that no world could restrain him, not to mention a cultivator, even the Heavenly Dao had to suck up to him. No one was his match. His existence was a mystery, he had existed since the beginning of the universe and always been the strongest. Ye Yang was not a human, but a special existence. He was the ancestor to all demons as well as dragons. Ye Yang himself did not know his origin, he had always been searching for clues to figure this out. But despite his incredibly long life, he still did not know the answer.
"Master, where are we heading?" The Ring asked curiously, it's master had been walking through a path along the mountain for a while.
"Little Ring, I want to see what the humans in this time are like, and I want to see if those silly human disciples of mine did anything worth remembering." Ye Yang said while smiling. Millions of years ago he had some human desciples which he had picked up out of boredom, he was curious if he could see what happened to them in this time.
"Master, it has been millions of years, those young masters are probably long gone." The ring said, it was worried its master would be sad if he realized the Young Masters had passed long ago.
"Nonsense! Those silly disciples may be weak, but they have enough determination that time wont be enough to stop them!" Ye Yang said while placing his hands behind his back. The man and his ring continued along the path.
