I lay in bed, in utter bliss as Alexander held me tight.
He'd taken me over and over, on every surface of the presidential suite.
My underwear hadn't survived, if I hadn't insisted on it, neither would have the dress he had paid a fortune for.
It also seemed like he had a thing for seeing his engagement ring on me. It was the only thing he insisted I didn't take off.
Alexander was gently running his fingers over my arm as I let out a sigh, making him jerk up in response and look at me we with concerned eyes.
"We still need to talk, you do know that, right?" I asked him as I leaned back and rested my head on his chest, taking deep breaths as I gathered the courage to break the momentary peace we had.
"I know," he told me in a deep voice as he held me tight. "I just don't—"
"Want to face reality again?" I chuckled.
I felt him rest his chin on my head and sigh.
