The good things about this fanfic: it follows the canon arcs and the subcutaneous story is good. These are the only positive things I'm going to say about this fanfic. I want to make it clear that I haven't read and corrected all the chapters yet, but I'm doing this review because if I don't, I'll explode. Don't listen to any other comment that you may read, this is one of the worst fanfics ever. Some chapters were so bad that made me nauseous. Here I let you the list of flaws it has: 1. The author doesn't even seem to be a real HxH fan, because he writes a lot of things that prove his ignorance of the HxH story and nature. 2. He's written the character as being overly positive, idealistic, and naive. It's good to be excited about adventure, but in HxH you have to be cunning, cautious, intelligent, with the guard always alert and willing to get your hands dirty. Also, it doesn't look good that he is only 12 years old. 16 to 19 years old would be better. 3. The protagonist is unchallenged. He never suffers, he never fights a true threat... Even when a problem rise for him, everything is easily resolved for him, and more when he develops his Nen ability (that the author does not limit or exploit adequately). 4. Despite being a transmigrator, the protagonist does nothing to act in relation to the canon events of the story. Meeting Phantom Troupe members, saving Uvogin, trying to form alliances with canon characters (Nicholas is the exception), killing the Ant Queen before she gives birth to Meruem... He doesn't do anything of that. He doesn't even think of it. 5. The way the author portrays the world and its characters completely differs of the base essence of the world of HxH. It's so positive, innocent, easy, naive and clean which sometimes seems like a completely different world. HxH is a tough, shady and complicated world, that points out the threat of death that the author constantly tries to avoid (even if you rip someone's heart out, they just fall unconscious according to him). 6. The author tells the story in a thoughtless, unstructured, and unchallenging way. The HxH written by Yoshihiro Togashi describes the circumstances of the story in a pragmatic, developed, gradual, descriptive, and detail-oriented way. In this fanfic, the circumstances are simple with an easy and quick solution, the protagonist's power doesn't fit with the principles that make up Nen (too op without limitations), the dialogues are short, not well developed and in many cases it does not reach readers emotionally, and the story doesn't give descriptive dialogue, time, or real effort on the part of the characters. 7. (This last one isn't a criticism, but a question) Now that the canon manga is going to release new chapters again, is the author willing to continue the story as far as the manga goes? This way the fanfic would gain points.___For all these reasons, I'd highly recommend anyone not to read this fanfic. Everybody can write and share whatever they want, but if the author wants a real piece of quality, he'd have to read all the manga (and/or watch the 2011 anime) and rewrite all the fic guided by my corrections and advices (Character sheets included). The reason I keep giving him power stones is so that the author will pay attention to my comments and do just that. Because I think it can be fixed.
