What is this?
Pain strikes my stomach, making me almost pass out. I open my eyes to see darkness and nothing else.
"Guah!"
I let out a scream due to the pain, no, hunger. I feel like I haven't eaten for a whole month.
Food! Food, where is my food?!
I strain my eyes trying to see something but the darkness still fills up my vision.
I crawl to try to feel something that can be eaten, little by little my body moves and I search the area with my hands.
Crawl, reach out and repeat again. Who knows how much time have passed until I finally felt something other than dirt.
I felt something cold and soft, something that's like a liquid, I tried to smell it but it looks like my nose doesn't work.
Feeling good that I finally found something, I move faster and faster to bring myself near it.
I tried to reach out with my tongue to try and taste it and see if it is drinkable.
And yes! Hahaha! It is drinkable and on top of that, it is delicious!
I push my face inside the water and drink it greedily. It doesn't satiate my hunger but it will do.
My throat drinks at a pace that makes one choke but I care not! I cannot withstand the feeling of my insides being burned.
"Puhaaa!"
I move my face out of the water trying to breathe and surprisingly, my vision returns and I can see things.
To my delight, I try to identify what I was drinking just to end up finding blurry images of something. I squint my eyes to better see what it is.
My eyes adjusted to the dark and what I see is a green person? Its body is faced on the ground but I can see pointy ears and a wound that seems like it's been impaled by a sharp sword. Judging from the wound, it died recently, most likely today.
"Gigi?"
Although I can't see clearly in the dark but I can identify it as a goblin... My eyes moves back to the pool of water. No... blood.
"Gi?!"
What?! If that's there then that means... I've been drinking its blood?!
I don't know why but I feel repulsed of having to drink its blood.
"Gugh"
Pain strikes me once more and this time it feels so bad that I think I may die right now.
My instincts tell me to eat the body that's laying on the ground but someone, something makes me vomit at the thought of it.
Trying to control myself, I lose consciousness...

On a sunny day, there was a gathering of small and green skin. Their eyes are green and their fangs are sharp that it can tear off a man's flesh with a bite. Their appearance clearly tells you that they are monsters.
"Chief! Humans invade forest from north!"
A person, no, a goblin shouts while running straight to the center of the base of the goblins. Although it is called a base, it is just a gathering of goblins within a forest glade.
The one called chief sits in a rock while being surrounded with goblins. The color of his skin is a bit darker and his build is a bit bigger compared to other goblin. The chief smirks and proceeds to ask the goblin
"Many?"
The goblin catches his breath first before answering back.
"Many! Humans fills eyes!"
The chief deepens his smile upon hearing this report. Humans have never entered the forest with a huge number, most often they go by five. The monsters of the forest don't know how to react to this kind of situation.
"We go! Many humans, many women gigigi!"
The chief picks up his club while giving out orders to his men. He didn't know how this decision would bring his life to an end.
