Chương 74: No One Can Escape!

Brent was back in his office at Galleon BM Building. He and Jasmine went their separate ways outside the Olympus Hotel.

Something strange happened outside the Olympus rooftop restaurant. At a brief moment in time, he felt Aurora's presence near him, but when he looked around to find her, he didn't see her.

Or... maybe it was just his imagination. Aurora's memory has been alive in his mind lately. He can't understand why.

He released a deep sigh.

He went to the sofa and stared at the wall of his office. The view outside was gloomy, it looks like it will rain any time of the day.

The door to his office opened and Carl entered. He went to the sofa and plopped down, he looked at his friend, looking anxious. "Did something happen? How did the lunch date with Jasmine go?" he bombarded him with questions.

Brent sighed deeply. "The lunch went well... but..."

Carl raised a brow, sensing that something is bothering his friend's mind. "But what-?"
