"That's my mother's advise but I'm still trying to find a better alternative because I don't want to live under the same roof as her, but given that Aurora was carrying our unborn child we have to compromise for the sake of the baby," he explained.

Irene breathed deeply. "I understand, when it comes to our firstborn, I'm willing to do everything that is required of me just to keep our baby safe," she replied dismally.

"What is it?" she asked.

"Before I left the ancestral house, your mother, Aurora, and I was already discussing the wedding and we agreed to hold the event two weeks from now," Brent finally dropped the bomb.
