"First, help the boss up!"

The employees, having seen Julius Reed's fast, accurate, and ruthless action, dared not make any rash moves. A group of them ran behind Ashwin Lake and helped him up from the ground.

"Boss, are you okay?"

An employee took out a handkerchief from his pocket and gently wiped the blood off Ashwin Lake's face.

Julius Reed's strike had been so powerful that he shattered the hefty wine bottle.

Luckily for Ashwin Lake, his physical constitution was robust; anyone else would have suffered a severe concussion and passed out on the spot.

"Kid, you dare to hit me!"

Ashwin Lake staggered to his feet as the effects of the alcohol nearly dissipated.

Rubbing his eyes vigorously, he saw only stars and a black shadow. It took him about half a minute to finally make out Julius Reed's location.

"Take him down for me! If anything happens, it's on me!"

A wave of nausea hit Ashwin Lake, and he turned to vomit against the wall of the private room.
