Chương 51: Robbing Asgard

I started to train in the Theif's Hall using the diagrams and information Loki already knew about the Vault/ Treasury. The easy part is getting past the guards, but after that tricky Asgardian Runes are carved by Odin to watch out for Invaders, then there is the actual Vault door that has several security functions.
I can get past the guards and the rune's relatively easy but the door will be trouble, that's where Loki will come in. After we are in I will first grab anything that doesn't have high-level tracking runes and put them in my inventory.
For the high-level tracking runes that may take some serious time to get rid of, I will also pop them into my inventory of course but I will only take them out in the theifs hall.
From the description of the hall, I would think no one else can even sense or get there without my explicit invitation, I'm still worried about Odin or Heimdall seeing Loki, and I making moves toward the vault, Asgard is a whole different beast compared to the stuff I have pulled off so far so I'm going to need to be on my best game.
Some solid preparations are needed for this, I'm going to need to buy rare knowledge and hope for Asgardian runes, and I'm going to buy regular knowledge because honestly, I think that could help as well.

Information flooded my mind, as the knowledge of the new subjects entered my mind and expanded upon my already firm base of knowledge, because of the centaur star gazing knowledge I don't think I can look at the sky the same again but I know I still need my third eye unlocked to use the knowledge to the fullest extent.
When I look at the fireplace in front of me I don't just think 'it's a beautiful fire' now I'm thinking about the heat, the smell, the way the flame dances, I'm thinking about everything that makes the flame a beautiful flame.
I look outside and see nature, I feel like I know how to connect to nature better and what I should do to nurture the natural ethereal feel of the plants, trees, and everything else out there.
Now I'm going to buy regular knowledge, each piece of regular knowledge is two hundred fp which means I can buy a lot, I'm going to buy one hundred and see what I get. One hundred pieces of regular knowledge is twenty thousand fame points, so that brings me down to 445k.

My mind was filled with new ways to do stuff I already knew how to do, my mind was expanded with new ideas and techniques, and I felt like I was learning how to become the most advanced human on the planet. My Transfiguration knowledge is sky high with my own studying and with this extra knowledge at my fingertips I can probably become a master in the subject, and it is like that for a lot of subjects.
From the rare and nonrare knowledge alone I already feel better, I should start to train and improve from the knowledge the system gave me.
[A couple of days later]
I have been training my skills for days now, I haven't slept because my body does not need to, I train eat then go back to training, I have completed comprehending the transfiguration knowledge I feel like I have become a master at the art and can if I want to teach the subject.
Same with charms, since I don't use a wand anymore the wand movements are useless I have been trying to do any hand motion and have a spell work, for example, a simple wave can shoot a stunner but, if I want to snap and do the same I need to focus more, basically I'm trying to make all harry potter spells work with various hand signs.
I am also working on a rune stone that will disrupt other runes like an emp. If I can make one then the heist will go smoother for sure. Right now in trying to layer elvish and Asgardian Runes to create a rune circuit that will send out disruptive signals to other runes making it near impossible for them to work properly. This is going to be the hardest thing to make but, if I pull it off it would be worth all of the long hours I'm putting into creating it.
[a couple of days later]
It's been a couple of days now and I'm still working on the rune stones, I have decided to name them rune emps when I am done creating them, honestly, it is tiring doing this and I shouldn't be able to her tiered doing something so unphysical. I'm going to push and continue making this stone.
[time skip a week]
It's been a week and I'm nearly done, Loki told me to meet him in New York because apparently there is a secret portal to Asgard there. I am going to leave tomorrow since I'm so close to completing the rune emp. I have everything down but the annoying feed loop that happens, the emp will sometimes disrupt itself by sending disruptive signals to itself, honestly, it's annoying because I have wasted so many materials.
It's not like I'm using a regular rock I'm using a stone specifically carved and purified to hold a multitude of runes, so it's annoying when they break.
After a couple more hours I finally figured it out and completed the emp now all I have to do is test it.
I went into an empty room I already put Asgardian alert runes in and channeled magic into the emp, I could see distinct waves of magic wafting out in specific rune frequencies, I walked into the room, and none of the alert runes sounded, I walked around the room in circles and still nothing sounded.
"It worked!" I shouted in glee
I walked out of the room and went to the portraits, "it worked!" I said with a happy smile
"Good job Harry!" They all said in unison
"I'm proud of you!" Dorea said with a small smile
"Good job kiddo," Charlus added
"Good job we are proud of you" Euphemia chimed in and Fleamont nodded
We talked for a bit then I left for New York, Loki contacted me and said to be there soon.
I opened a portal to New York and stepped out, using the communication device I apparated to his location.
"Loki! Good to see you," I said with a bright smile
"Mortal," he replied with a curt nod
"Loosen up we are about to pull one over on your dad," I said with w sly smirk
"That is true, now come on let us depart to Asgard," Loki replied then turned around and started walking away
We kept walking until we were in a random alley, one of the walls had a graffiti door spray-painted onto it, Loki walked up to the wall and said, "Open, the God of Mischief has descended upon these mortals long enough," his tone was full of arrogance and haughtiness
The door shook and then started to ripple like waves, turning to me Loki said, "Mortals first,"
I walked to the portal and right before I stepped in I said, "You know usually the most important people go first I guess we know the difference between you and me"
I saw his face turn into a scowl as I walked in, serves his arrogant ass right for calling me a mortal every damn sentence.
After I walked into the portal it felt like I was falling across the stars, then all of the sudden I was in a cave, I took a couple of steps forward, and then Loki came out.
"Good now follow me, you will stay in a house I have acquired. I'm two days a huge celebration will be happening we will strike then," Loki told me while we were walking through the cave
"What is the celebration for?" I asked lightly
"No clue, we have celebrations for the most simple achievements," Loki replied with an obvious distaste for them
" Haha, Sounds like a good time, to be honest," I replied with a chuckle
Turning to face me Loki replied, "at first it is then It becomes boring,"
"I can see that," I replied nodding my head
"Alright get on, and is there a way for you to become invisible?" he asked lightly
"Yep," I replied with a short answer and activated the invisibility power I got from the hollows
"Huh, I can't sense you at all," Loki said with some amazement in his tone
"Aha, that's good then," I said behind him
Twisting around he said, "I suppose so, now let's get going,"
We were on one of those hover scooter things from the movies, he started the machine and began to fly across the water, as we drew closer to Asgard the sight of the rainbow bridge and the shining golden city was breathtaking, the whole sight made me feel so excited and alive, I felt as if everything I have done up until this point was for moments like these, moments where I can feel and see something beautiful.
You see Asgard in movies but nothing on a screen can accurately showcase the sheer brilliance of what I am seeing.
I am so ready to rob Asgard!
