Chương 42: Aftermath
-Harry Pov-
I watched Albus die and Gellert pull off a victory like never before. The crowd was going crazy the whole time. And I can imagine the fans at home are pumped as well.
When Tom died his magic automatically went into the cup, the same happened for Albus. Ron and Fudge are different cases their magic can be taken at any moment and it will be at least for Ron.
"Congratulations Gellert Grindelwald for winning the third task and ultimately this tournament. You have the most points and you won the third task signifying your win so you get to keep you're magic! Now Ron and Fudge are different cases, I have made a fan favorite for the live viewers to partake in. You will vote for either Ron or Cornelius because they are the only alive contestants at risk of losing their magic. The winner will get to keep their magic!" I announced with an amicable tone
The votes were rolling in and Cornelius was obviously winning, Ron was now a cripple and life was still moving. This was my revenge and my fun and now it's over. I can still do little pranks here and there in the future but it won't consume me. Voldemort is dead and so is Albus, the two main nuisances are gone never to return.
"Okay the voting is in, the fan favorite is Cornelius Fudge! He will keep his magic!" I announced
The crowd went crazy cheering and applauding Cornelius.
I saw Ron's magic leave him and get added to the cup.
The cup was now full of Tom's, Albus's, and Ron's magic ripe for the taking.
Seeing as I needed to wait for everyone to leave before I can absorb the magic I announced, "Thank you everyone for watching this tournament, let's give another big round of applause to our victor Gellert Grindelwald!"
"YEAHH!"
"WOOOHOOOO!"
"LETS GO GELLERTTT!"
"HAVE MY CHILDREN!"
"As an award, he gets to keep his magic! And he gets the tournament cup! So yeah hope everyone stays safe out there I know some dangerous criminals are roaming about." I said before closing the live footage and opening the gates signifying the end of the tournament
I could instantly tell some people were let down seeing that there was no prize but the cup, it was honestly just a rip-off of the Tri wizard cup. But honestly, I have done a lot for Gellert in the first place. I freed him, got him in the tournament, made his rounds easy, and gave him front row seats of Albus's fall.
Once everyone cleared out I took the goblet and went back home.
Setting the goblet down on my table I saw the magic swirling inside of it, even someone with no mage sight would be able to see the magic swirling inside it like this.
Sadly when I made the modifications of being able to 'drink' the magic taken by the cup the cup's past victims weren't included because their magic was used to make the cup stronger.
Smiling I lifted the cup with both hands and started to 'drink' the magic inside. It felt strange having magic gently trickle down my throat and then course through my body. It also felt empowering seeing as I am absorbing Dumbledore's and Tom's magic, Rons too but he is nothing compared to those two powerhouses.
I finished drinking the magical energy and I felt alive, every time I have increased my magical power I felt alive and powerful but, this time was different I felt reborn as if I have been freed from the confines of mortality. It feels amazing truly amazing.

I first decided to cast a simple stunner at a pillow on my couch, I felt as if it would be launched across the hall.
Waving my hand a yellow beak shot out and collided with my pillow, *pabam!* the pillow exploded into feathers.

Yeah, I'm going to need to train on controlling my new magical power.
-Lorzenzo Zabini pov -
I was shuffling through my papers again when one of my men came in and said, "boss a lot of our vampire clients are going to the new blood merchant guy instead. They said he sells the good stuff."
This blood merchant guy has been giving me a headache, he needs to be dealt with and I know the Zabini crime family isn't the only angry family.
-Remus pov -
I have been tasked with finding out information on the blood merchant, he is a hard man to find and a harder man to find information on.
I have seen some more of the Zabini family enforcers in this area I assume for the blood merchant as well.
I have been working as an unspeakable agent since a month after Harry was sent to Azkaban, I couldn't take it anymore and ran off into the woods. There I stayed for a long time never taking the wolfsbane potion, for the first couple of weeks I wasn't living I was surviving then a couple of months passed and I was thriving. I connected with Thorfin my inner wolf and we bonded over our love for family and battle. Not many people know about it but I like fighting I would have been a duelist but no one wanted to sponsor me.
Anyways, after a while, I went back to England and started to duel people in knockturn alley for fun. There I accidentally beat an unspeakable and let her live from there I was recruited and trained to be an agent.
At first, I was apprehensive but my instinct screamed at me to do it so I did and I truly have the most fun doing my job I ever thought possible.
Dumbledore thought I was still a deadbeat and so did Sirius although he wanted to give me money, he is a good friend. But for Albus, I just wish I could have revealed to him I was a spy and that I am not loyal to him. His face would have been priceless.
My life is very interesting.
-Harry pov -
Using the system I have seen quite a few suspicious people hanging around my shops, Remus is one thing but some Italian mobsters are a different story.
I am going to have to be careful and hire some more people so my business can move forward.
Deciding my plans I left for Gringotts, once there I met with my account manager Krugnar.
"Krugnar, I want to move into a very lucrative business venture," I said smiling at the little guy
"And what's that?" he asked
"Wizard hotels of course! They are a great business idea. Wizards need hotels and places to stay they can't just sleep in inns the whole time." I replied
"Hmm, I like it how do you want to proceed?" Krugnar asked
"Buy and make some Hotels in Diagon Alley, Place Cachée, and the American wizarding district. Try one hotel in each place and make sure my name is off the official papers." I said with a smirk
My name will be not officially linked to the hotels but, once I get them built and the other more lucrative sections of the hotel built then people will know who owns the place.
I want to go for a Jhon Wick continental-type hotel where criminals would come and be safe but they have to follow the rules.
Some people might be confused, why are you doing this? You're rich? They would say. But to that, I would have to say so what, I am rich but, I could always make more money. And I am in the Marvel/Harry Potter universe it is smart to build as much possible influence as I can before things started to get super serious.
Now people might be confused about me being a criminal in the marvel universe but, it's simple I like my life, I like the way I do things, and I'm being a criminal, not a villain. It's not like I'm going to be purposefully ruining the avenger's missions. I might steal something from them here and there but I'm not going to go for world domination.
By 2012 they already have so much shit to do that it will be mind-blowing if I get targetted by the whole squad, maybe iron man, black widow, and fury will try to bring me in but I can hide in my manor if anything gets too serious.
Now I'm not saying I'm not ambitious, I think being a criminal crime lord would be amazing and have so many benefits. I also think stealing from the avengers is going to be a blast.
The most important things for having a fun life are,
-have fun
-stay true to yourself
-be influential
-don't care what the masses think
-plan
And currently, I'm doing all of the steps so I think I'm doing pretty well.

Harry is spreading his influence and planning his next moves. But, is he prepared for the challenges coming his way?
Shield is trying to find him, the wizarding crime families are upset about the business he is taking. The unspeakable's are always watching.

"I see him," one Italian man said to another
"Move in," the other replied
They both walked behind one of Harry's or should I say blood merchants' recent employees.
"Avada Kedavra!" one man shouted
The worker heard the shout and didn't even think he jumped to the side into another alley and pulled out his wand.
"Caligo Eructo" the employee cast causing a think blanket of fog to cover the alley
Right before he apparated away the worker saw one of the Italians stumble out of the fog.
"Stupefy!" he roared the yellow beam shot out of his wand and landed squarely on the Italians chest
Rushing over the worker grabbed the Italian and Apparated back to the store. He was keyed into the wards so he could do so.
The worker stuffed his attacker into a cupboard and chained him up.
He then pulled out a communications device and contacted someone, "boss you got to see this,"
