The days passed by quickly and it's Halloween. The letter Harry wrote to Lily and James made them think about Dumbledore's words again," he is a horcrux of the dark lord. I don't know what happened to your son's soul. I don't know if he is really or the part of voldemort's soul. A horcrux can't be killed easily. To save one of them you need to sacrifice the other one. You have to choose which one you want to keep the horcrux or the one affected by the death curse".
After those words are out Lily and James turned pale. Lily cried as she has to sacreifice one of her children. In the end they chose Harry and planned to transfer Andrew's life force to him. Lily asked Dumbledore is there nothing they can do.
Dumbledore said," no, there is nothing we can do. Voldemort himself must kill this horcrux in order to free the soul of your son. This is the only way to save him. Your son isn't dead but he isn't alive either. He is now under the influence of voldemort. You have to give up one life in order to save another. Choose wisely lest you want to lose both of them".
Lily don't want to lose them both. So in the end Dumbledore left Andrew alive with short life span left. But Lily who is very resentful towards voldemort started seeing Andrew as the dark lord and torturing him everyday and treated him like trash.
After Harry's life is increased through, Dumbledore told them it's not good grow affectionate towards the kid and sent him away to the dursleys. Where they heard he became an obscurus.
Lily wanted to say she needs to see him to confirm if he really has voldemort's soul with him now. But Dumbledore again reassured them that voldemort's soul may have merged with Andrew's and he can be another dark lord now.
Although she is doubtful she believed him at that time. She don't know even Dumbledore himself didn't know clearly what happened to voldemort's soul fragment. Although it disappeared Dumbledore continued his plan.
Now seeing this letter Lily really wanted to ask how can voldemort's soul save the one that caused his fall. She wants to see Andrew and ask her child for forgiveness for all this year's. Lily then started to think if all this is Dumbledore's plan from the begining.
If voldemort really wanted yo chase them wouldn't it be fine if the secret keeper is Dumbledore rather than Peter pettigrew who betrayed them. She also wants to ask why Dumbledore took the invisibility cloak from them at that time where they needed it.
Lily isnow full suspicions about Dumbledore and asked," did we really made a mistake on Andrew by believing Dumbledore's words?", James refuted her saying this maybe a scheme. But Lily potter's heart is restless thinking this maybe Dumbledore's scheme from beginning.
She really wanted to ask him about this. James on the other hand wrote a letter to harry telling him to ignore the trash. In his eyes Andrew is voldemort's horcrux and the trash that killed one of his son.
He sent the letter to harry and convinced Lily again that Andrew is not their kid but voldemort's horcrux. On the other hand harry who received the letter frowned and didn't say anything but he wants to get along with Andrew who saved him now.
Andrew on the other hand is enjoying the meal of halloween. He has plans on the Halloween. For example the troll, save Hermoine and make some old guys feel guilty.
Andrew is eating and chatting casually with Hannah and asked curiously," where is Hermoine Granger? She isn't in the Griffyndor table at halloween day?", Hannah beside him said," she is crying in the second floor bathroom. She don't want anyone to disturb her. Ronald Weasley made her cry".
Hannah isn't a stranger to this. She, Andrew, Cassandra, and Hermione often met in the library although she don't want to go Andrew dragged her there to make her study saying she is becoming lazy.
She has no choice but to follow him with a pout which has no effect on Andrew. Although Hermoine is bossy, she is very intelligent and welcomes frineds, it's just sometimes her learning speed and comments looks like she is bragging and insulting the other person.
If it isn't for Andrew, Hannah would've ignored Hermoine. But she also discovered Hermoine is a good friend and helps then do homework quickly, if you ignore her harsh words she can be regarded as a good friend.
