Chương 8: Class and Mikan's friends!
School days were short.
Rito was able to concentrate on studying, and his academic skills increased again.
Although this time, Rito has a lot of things within his mind. In the end, he discovers another benefit or primary consequence of possessing those skills that he was unaware of before.

So, Rito had not much intention of watching it together with others and decided to stay back at class to study. With Hina sensei being the assigned teacher for self-study.
'Hmm! There are no other settings. All though, it might be a little different from the previous one. I think I need to rely on luck again to find it.' Rito looked quite serious while looking at the book.
At which Hina sensei smiled, thinking how it might be the first time that she was watching this serious side of Rito.
'Not having much to do is also a little tardy.' Rito thought.
As he happened to look up, finding Hina sensei looking at him with a serious look, making Rito sweat, wondering if he was found daydreaming by Hina sensei.
So, taking a deep breath, he again started to pay attention to the book and forgot about things that had been bothering him for all this while.
Class ended.
Rito pulled his bag.
And thinking how he is getting off quite early.
He decided to go and visit Mikan school up, seeing if he could surprise her by getting picked up like that.
'That girl. Did she really make some friends?' Rito muttered while walking, as if trying to justify his own action through such convenient excuse under his belt.
While his original intention is to check out how Mikan would react to his visit.
After all, he had a feeling that Mikan is really well behaved and wanted a reason to tease her at home.

It was a nice position to see every student walking off from the school gate.

And looking at the girl walking alongside two more figures, Rito smiled a bit, eased up, and thought how it was a relief that Mikan was able to find some friends from the school.

He could tell Mikan was more like a spiritual pillar within that group, given how mature Mikan acts normally, and seemingly it helped her attract some friends.
"Wow! As expected of classmate killer." Sachie. An energetic type of girl exclaimed with a grin on her face as she teased Mikan for something. "But he was a nice catch, Mikan." Nogiwa Mami agreed with her friends words and exclaimed in a light tone.
"Hmm! It is not that; I find him or others lacking. But at this stage, I am truly not interested in other boys at all." Mikan did not look bothered by their question. As she recalls the boy named Kanimoto from before and thinks about it, she truly did not undermine their value or anything.
