Chương 146: Last Night in Los Diablos

"LDNE01 Archangel requesting clearance for high-speed fly-by of HQ."

"Clearance granted."

*BOOM*

Captain Nora Halt jumped out of fright when she felt the glass desk raddle after hearing a loud boom that sounded like it came from just outside the wall behind her as she sat in the XO's chair looking over something that Commissioner Vaughn had said couldn't wait until morning. 

In a panic, she ran out of the XO's ready room and down the stairs, racing for the main doors in the lobby. Looking around the outside of the building for any signs of structural damage and debris from the bomb that likely was set off in an attempted jailbreak, Nora looked around with panic in her eyes as her heart raced out of control.
