Chief Bobby Marlecl's voice came over the coms on a second secured comlink channel seconds after the conversation with the receiving team came to an end with Bel's help. The tone in his voice made his displeasure with the situation fairly apparent.

"I do not like this one bit. It is as if they are deliberately attempting to make the last leg of the transport operation as difficult as possible for us. Why not give us the updated coordinates in the one-hour contact briefing? It makes little sense to have a separate communication ten minutes later for just it."

"They are trying to control the situation as much as possible, Chief. They know I hold the biggest card of all, and with little effort could make all of their efforts and planning be for not. I did expect them to have a superiority complex and test our capabilities."
