Diana's P. O. V
"I love you." His words were as clear as water, and solid as ice. There was no mistaking it, he just went past the limits and used the L word.
"You don't need to say it back now." He whispered to me, and planted a kiss on my neck. I pulled away, stunned by his actions, unsure of how to take it.
"Goodbye West." I said, convincing myself that this was certainly not goodbye. He mouthed something I couldn't catch, then jogged away to the awaiting kids in his car.

I felt sick in the stomach once my feet stepped foot into the house. At the time, when he said it, my mind was still intact, but now...
I barely focused on anything, for the next three days. My routine lost it's rhythm, I lost track of what allocated time was for what activity.
Mom was making preparations for the flight, and by preparations I mean she went shopping. The woman insisted that I change my wardrobe before travelling.
