The Yinglong which was the fastest, and also the longest exited the tunnel first. As the feathers approached it, it opened up a large hole in front of it, that absorbed all of the feathers as it continued rushing through.
The Trident Owl stopped its attack, as it took flight high up into the air. One by one, the dragons as well as the Blackgold Python Tiger, and the two brothers trailing behind had too exited the tunnel.
Now that they were above ground, the true battle would begin.
Stepping off the Qiulong, they sat on a large platform created by the wood dragon in order to watch the battle.
In the air, the Trident Owl cried out, creating a shockwave in the air. The ground started shaking, while debris was jumping up and down off the ground.
Shortly afterward, tunnels could be seen being created below the ground, as countless earth type monsters that lived below the ground started appearing at once.
In just a few moments, the Trident Owl had summoned an army of its minions. From the tunnels, small owls that resembled the Trident Owl flew out and took flight surrounding the seven dragons and the tiger.
Each of the owls that flew out varied in size, some were bigger than others, while some were smaller than others.
The bigger ones had a beak that was pronged, just like the Trident Owl. Rather than three parts, they had two sharp edges. The smaller ones had a normal beak but were still razor-sharp.

In the sky, thousands upon thousands of owls of various sizes and levels could be seen. In fact, there were so many of them, the two brothers could barely see their parts in the air.
The tunnel owls all moved at once, following behind the Double-Edged owls that lead them. They were like a human army with each battalion being lead by a battalion leader.
The army of owls dove towards the seven dragons and one tiger. The Trident Owl didn't move and commanded its troops like a general.
Being surrounded by an endless army of owls, the dragons all turned around to face each other.
Roar!
The Blackgold Python Tiger spun around in the air, emitting ice, gold and poison element from its wings as it dove like a torpedo into the army of owls.
Its body disappeared into the endless abyss of owls as it killed dozens and dozens of owls at the same time.
The seven dragons used their breath attacks at the same time, rotating around each other, and covering all their blind spots. Their combined attack created a tornado of multiple elements!
It was truly a sight to see, as a rainbow tornado appeared in the sky above.
Shriek! Shriek!
Hundreds and hundreds of owls died under their attacks. A group of owls attacked them from close range, while others stayed far back, attacking with their feathers.
Even though they were weak individually, their sheer numbers were overwhelming. If their opponent was anyone other than Ye Qin and Wang Tao, they would've succumbed long ago.
Under the onslaught of countless owls, the dragons continued their raging attacks before the Qiulong and Yinglong separated from the other five.
The two dragons, being the strongest, headed directly for the Trident Owl.
Roar!
Shree!
The Trident Owl flew straight for the twin dragons and extended its wings, it headed for the dragons at top speed while its wings sprouted razor-sharp edges.
Its two large wings were like swords as it slammed its wings into the twin dragons. The twin dragons blocked and dodged its attacks as the three large monsters battled it out in the air.
Cling! Cling!
The three monsters fought and damaged each other while flying. From beneath where Ye Qin and Wang Tao were watching, it was like watching two planes crash into each other while making metallic clinging sounds like swords clashing.
Ding! Ding! Cling!
The clash between three powerhouse monsters created a large disturbance in the area. Their airborne fight continued at blinding speeds, with no one being able to tell who was winning.
The metallic sword-like clinging sounds continued in the air while they crossed through many fields.
The Blackgold Python Tiger joined the fight with its full speed. Being attacked from three different, directions, the Trident Owl called its minions.
Unfortunately for it, its minions were too busy to help. Ye Qin's five remaining dragons blocked the path while using AOE attacks to beat them down.
Shree! Shree!
The endless flock of owls began to dwindle under the onslaught of five dragons. Each of the individual dragons was powerful, thanks to the training during the past few months.
The fire and thunder dragon scorched the owls, while the ice dragon froze them into popsicles that dropped onto the ground, before smashing into a million pieces of shards like a broken mirror.
The wood dragon grabbed the escaping owls with large, sturdy vines, before smashing them with large clusters of earth.
The wind dragon created large gales of wind that shredded the owls into oblivion. The cries of the thousands upon thousands of owls could be heard loudly, as it resounded in a large radius.
Just within a few moments, over half of the owls were dead. Seeing their comrades fall, some owls faltered. Not knowing what to do, they flapped their wings in the air without moving, as they trembled while staring at the five invincible dragons.
Normally, just the aura's being emitted by even one dragon was enough to make them cower in fear. The only reason they had fought in the first place, was because they were overcome with another fear.
Shree!
Suddenly, the Trident Owl screamed, causing the hesitating owls to charge at the five dragons. It was as if they were hypnotized into not caring about life and death. The owls instantly flocked together, as they formed a huge beam of brown using their bodies.
The five dragons separated. Flying off into five different corners, they stayed formed a Feng Shui invisible star. In unison, the five dragons emitted a layer of their energy.
Their energies left their bodies, as they formed a web-like link. The energies fused together in perfect harmony in an instant. The five dragons roared, as the energies that combined created a giant net that covered all of the owls.
The five dragons roared once again, as the net that was created using multiple elements, combusted.
Boom! Boom!
The explosion was massive, the owls couldn't even cry before they turned into cinders. A few of them managed to stay intact but dropped to the ground.
Even as they fell to the ground, their bodies disintegrated like ashes, before completely disappearing.
Ding! Ding! Ding!

[Thunder dragon has leveled up]
After killing thousands and thousands of monsters, the five dragons gained one level each. Even though they killed so many monsters higher level than themselves, the experience was split into five, on top of that, the xp needed for even one level was easily over one million.
With every level up, the xp required for the next level increased by an entire 50%!
It was good enough that they gained a single level each, from the countless owls they had killed.
Cling! Cling!
During that timeframe, the battle between the Qiulong, Yinglong, Blackgold Python Tiger and the Trident Owl was still ongoing.
Seeing the battle on the other side ending, the Trident Owl became even more enraged as its minions had died miserably.
The Trident Owl used its large wings to rotate itself before flinging the Blackgold Python Tiger away, making it smash into a nearby mountain.
Boom!
A huge crater was formed on the mountain where it had crashed. The Blackgold Python Tiger shook its head to get rid of the debris as it flew back to the fight.
After flinging away the tiger, the Trident Owl spun its body like a wheel and used its talons to pierce the body of the Qiulong.
Roar!
The Qiulong roared out in pain. The Yinglong roared as it used its huge jaws to bite into the Trident Owl's body.
Shree!
With its sharp fangs embedded into the owl's large body, it bites without letting go. Due to the owl's sturdy armor, its fangs couldn't dig too deep into its flesh.
The Trident Owl shrieked, as its body appeared as though it were becoming larger in size. Strange crackling noises could be heard emitting from its body.
The Qiulong and Yinglong strangled its entire body. The Trident Owl's body continues expanding as the Yinglong's fangs were retracted from the huge bird's body.
As its body expanded, the crackling noises became louder, even Ye Qin and Wang Tao sitting down below on the ground could hear it clearly.
Crack! Crack!
The Trident Owl's body became larger, and sturdier making it hard to pierce its defenses. The two dragons that were strangling it, were being loosened from its body.
The Blackgold Python Tiger, that appeared like a beam of golden light roared. Just as it arrived, the Trident Owl had finished expanding its body.
It swung its huge body around, throwing the Qiulong into the Blackgold Python Tiger's body, sending it flying once again.
The Yinglong roared as it began using its spacial element once again.
Roar!
Shree!
The Yinglong stepped into the void with its huge body and appeared behind the huge Trident Owl.
In that instant, the Trident Owl, without even looking, attacked the Yinglong. Sharp, spikes of metal and earth were released from its back, which pierced the Yinglong's silver scales.
Roar!
The Yinglong cried out in pain. Large spikes were piercing its body, as blood dripped through its wounds.
Before it could suffer even more damage, it teleported away from the Trident Owl, which had become much stronger than before.
Not only did it become stronger and larger, but its appearance also changed. It's beak that was pointing forward, now looked like a mask that was part of its face, rather than a beak.
The beak was flat, while the trident-like prongs, now ran from its mouth, and over its head! It looked like a crown, rather than a beak.
Its body was larger in size, the armor-like plates were now completely gone. Its entire body was pitch black and looked extremely smooth and silky like conditioned hair.
Kawww!!!!
The Trident Owl kawed as the heaven and earth shook. It's scream reverberated, shaking the ground. Some large boulders nearby exploded like dynamite when it did so.
Seeing this, Ye Qin and Wang Tao no longer sat down on the boulder, instead, they stood up with serious expressions on their faces.
Even without checking its stats, Ye Qin knew that even if all eight monsters worked together, the chances of beating it were slim.

[Caution: Extreme Danger - It is recommended that the host flee immediately]
"F*ck, fatty we gotta run!" Ye Qin swore.
Wang Tao smacked his lips as he agreed.
The eight monsters knew what their masters were thinking and sent out an attack that used all of their remaining energy, before attempting to escape.
Boom!
The Crowned Black Wing was hit by their strongest attacks. The seven dragons and Blackgold Python Tiger flew as fast as they could to escape. The Qiulong no longer had energy to use its time ability.
The Yinglong could only use its ability to transport the two brothers away, rather than its fellow comrades.
The Yinglong roared as it made Ye Qin and Wang Tao teleport far off into the distance before the eight monsters transformed into beams of light and returned into the Monster Sea.
Whoosh!
Ye Qin and Wang Tao sprinted away with all their might. Even this far away, the monsters were scared and didn't appear, so the two brothers could run without being attacked.
Even as they sprinted, they didn't slow down at all.
Whoosh!
The Crowned Black Wing in the distance appeared unharmed from the all-out attacks from the eight monsters.
It turned its body in Ye Qin and Wang Tao's direction, as its figure disappeared from its previous spot as though it had teleported.
Whoosh!
It's figure appeared above Ye Qin and Wang Tao in an instant. Even though the Yinglong used its remaining power to transport them kilometers away, the Crowned Black Wing still caught up in an instant due to its overwhelming speed.
Ye Qin and Wang Tao who was running below, saw a huge shadow above them as they ran. The Crowned Black Wing became a looming shadow of death above them as it stared at the two humans running for their lives.
The Crowned Black Wing waved its wing, which created a huge wind blade that was over 100 meters in length.
Boom!
When it hit the ground, it appeared as though nothing happened. Due to the wind pressure, the two brothers were stopped in their tracks and couldn't continue running until the pressure went away.
Seeing that nothing happened, they were about to start running again.
The ground beneath them was starting to split open, like a sword cutting a boulder. Seeing the ground beneath them split, Wang Tao who was slower than Ye Qin didn't attempt to run.
Ye Qin who was running noticed this and turned around.
"Fatty! What the f*ck are you doing!?" Ye Qin screamed.
"Thanks for all you've done. I hope we can be friends in the next life." Wang Tao said.
The ground that was split open just happened to be the small distance where Ye Qin and Wang Tao were separated.
Those few meters tore them apart.
The huge chasm made it impossible for them to reach each other. The ground Ye Qin stood was rising up, while the ground that Wang Tao stepped was on crumbling.
"FATTTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Ye Qin screamed at the top of his lungs. His knees dropped to the ground as his arm reached out and screamed. His eyes were incredibly red as he stared down the deep endless abyss below him.
******
Drip! Drip!
Scrub! Scrub!
The sound of dripping water could be heard. The water dripped onto the ground, creating a small pool of water after a long time.
Drip! Drip!
Lying below a dark cliff surrounded by raindrops and dirt, a young man could be seen. The young man was fat while some blood could be seen on his clothes.
Water dripped onto his face, causing his face to contort.
After a few more drops, he showed a reaction.
"Wah! Boss!"
Looking around, the fat young man couldn't see much. There was barely any light where he was sitting down while his body was surrounded by a pool of water.
Looking up towards the only source of light, he could see the sky above him with his keen vision.
"The hell, I fell from so far up and I'm still alright?"
The young man moved his body and got up as he realized that he didn't suffer any damage.
"Strange, how come I don't have any injuries? I hope boss is okay, did that damn bird disappear? Or did it chase him?"
"Let's explore my location, for now, it doesn't look like I can go up the cliff, I won't fit through the gap, how the hell did I get down here in the first place with such a tiny gap? Even a baby won't fit through the gap unless they were still a fetus!"
Tapping his smartwatch, the young man checked to see if it was still working. As he pressed it, his information popped up in front of him.
[Owner: Wang Tao]
[Age: 19]
"Seems like it's working fine, well let's walk around, my partner should have recovered by now. I wonder how long it's been since then?"
As he wondered that, Wang Tao summoned the Blackgold Python Tiger from within his Monster Sea.
The Blackgold Python Tiger rubbed its head against his body before letting him ride it as the two started exploring the dark surroundings.
After going around for a bit, he realized that he was in a small pit hole. It was only a dozen or so meters in diameter making him trapped down where he was.
He jumped off the Blackgold Python Tiger and started looking around using the light from his smartwatch.
He explored every inch of his surroundings and stopped when he saw a slightly strange crack in the wall.
"This crack, it looks unnatural."
He came closer and touched the crack in the wall. When he did, he realized that the wall he was touching was extremely soft!
He moved his entire arm as it went through the crack. He pushed aside the wall with all his strength revealing a cave before him.
Crossing through the deep cave that wasn't lit at all and provided him with no light, Wang Tao used heightened his senses to the extreme listening carefully for any movements or even the slightest of sounds as he passed by.
Beside the footsteps of the Blackgold Python Tiger, he could hear the sound of dripping liquid from the ceiling.
After heading straight through for over ten minutes, the sound of water stopped. On the plus side, he noticed a tiny speck of light hundreds of meters away from him.
"Let's go, buddy."
He patted the Blackgold Python Tiger's head as the two of them headed for the source of light in front of them.
Dashing through the cave, they arrived within seconds, the source of light was getting larger by the second. When they reached for the light, Wang Tao was blinded and shielded his eyes from the light.
After a few seconds, his eyes had adjusted to the light. Looking around, he noticed the room was no longer a cave, but seemed more like some sort of altar.
Jumping off his partner, he explored the entire room filled with large scratch marks on the walls as well as drawings drawn with an unknown substance on the walls.
The drawings seemed to tell a story.
A story of humans kneeling before a large tiger with giant wings.
"Hmm, if this story is true then... This altar was created by humans eons ago to worship this giant tiger..."
"Hang on, if that tiger is still alive then that means!!!"
As he thought that, Wang Tao turned to look at the giant altar that was over fifty meters tall. It looked more like a fortress rather than an altar with its humungous size.
"After facing a strong foe, I barely survived and somehow my wounds all healed on their own. If I were to provoke the big kitty then wouldn't I be asking for death?"
"What do you think? Should we enter or not? It's dangerous but it might be our only way out."
"Roar! Roar!"
The Blackgold Python Tiger roared as it nodded its head.
"Okay then, let's go!"
Wang Tao jumped back onto its back as the pair flew into the large altar that seemed to be endless with no door in.
As he passed by, a strange 'whoosh' sound was heard.
"Huh, so there was a door then?"
As he thought that, the two of them headed inside to face the unknown danger, that was also their only way back out.
