This story is about a girl called Adara who has known nothing but pain and betrayal all her life. Just like every other family, Adara was given out for marriage. But it wasn't for the usual family growth and alliance marriage this time. She was given out because of what she had. What she owned. What was in her possession. A treasure that both Bancroft's sons were desperate to have. The inheritance she had no idea about.
