Eddison suddenly pinched her hand gently. Then, they finally settled down on a seat by the window.
The dining area was as spacious as usual private rooms seen in ordinary restaurants. They were separated from the table next to them by exquisitely carved wood dividers. It was an aesthetically pleasing experience.
Eddison ordered around five or six dishes before he added, "Please serve us the bird nest soup first."
"Okay. Please wait for a moment, sir."
The waiter turned around and left. Caroline found that Eddison was looking elsewhere and wondered what could attract much of his attention.
She couldn't help but curiously follow his gaze and take a look for herself. The moment she turned around, she took one gasp and almost burst out laughing!
Loraine was actually sitting next to them. She was still wearing the long burgundy dress that she had donned for the audition. Her every single movement was breathtakingly beautiful!
