I came inside holding Ayla's hand. She looked so happy when I hold her. I can see her lips corner lifting up on her own as if something is tingling inside her.

"Baby, you look so happy", I said.

"Of course, there won't be any bad uncle or aunt from now on", she said, but at some point, I felt guilty. I don't know if I'm doing right or wrong but I can't let him take my child.

I know he doesn't love me and the way he keeps on pretending to be in love with me is just to get my child nothing else.

She called out to me again.

"Yes?"

"Let's go eat in my room", she said, making me look so confused.

"Why?"

"Because grandpa is one of the bad guys. He doesn't love us. I was excited about nothing", she said, reminding me what dad did. Of course, it hurts me too which I too can't reciprocate.

"Oh ok", I said and carried her to my side while I was holding the plate on the other side.

I walked inside the room while Josh followed me as well, holding my pinky finger.
