Life, since the dawn of time life has been ever present. It is the most valuable treasure in the universe and beyond, nothing can rival it in value. For beings that are consumed by greed almost constantly, it seems that they have no greed towards this most precious treasure. They seek to take it and use it to gain materials and items that hold no true value, we seek to gain nothing while spending everything. We claim to be the most advanced species on the planet, but our ways are far more savage then even the most bloodthirsty beast. A wild animal will attack you for a few reasons, because they are agitated or they need food to survive; there are almost no exceptions to this. Humans seek not only to harm others, but they have found thousands of ways to do it; and thousands of reasons to hurt them for. We punish those that we deem worthy of punishment, and hold those who are far worse on a higher stage; like a hero among men. Some of those criminals are in prison for reverting back to the far more sane tactics of beast, do whatever it takes to survive. We ignore the crimes of those who we hold in high regard, who have no right to be seen in such a light. We are beast, at one point we forgot that, and when we forgot that, we became monsters. So take a good look at yourself in the mirror and ask yourself, would I rather be a beast or a monster? I would rather be the bloodthirsty wolf then the, most literal, cutthroat businessman; but that's just me. At the end of the day, it's up to you who you want to be.
