Chương 58: Regrouping
at the end of the market street they saw a small building with a chimney on top of it blowing smoke, from a far they can smell the fragrance of baked goods coming from the small shop, in front of the shop there's many people lining up to buy the product sold there, at the side of the house there a open counter where they can take and pay for the item they bought.
"say mash don't you feel like that shop very popular and the smell is very nostalgic?"
"yes, but how is it possible?."
suddenly a growl come from ritsuka stomach, hearing this mash showed a very knowing smile.
"then Senpai since we are here how about we also go there and buy some of the bread?"
hearing mash idea ritsuka eyes start to shine. "let's go mash and Jeanne too, we could use this chance to gather information too." she then started to drag both mash and Jeanne to the end of the line to wait for their turn.
"well Senpai do you think the one who open this shop is one of the servant that was detected?"
"I am sure of it Mash, after all the bread here looks very well made unlike other that are sold, this is not just the difference of 1 or 2 level but a crushing difference of quality."
"Senpai how come you know this?"
"well we always eat stuff that Alex cook and because of that I become more sharper and sensitive with food quality."
"so that's mean the only one who open this shop is someone with great skill that exceed the era."
"yup, but the problem is who is the servant that open this shop?"
while the both of them talking they walk closer and closer to the front of the line, until they arrive at the front of the counter.
they saw a very familiar figure on the counter.
"oh, Mash, Ritsuka, and Jeanne, it seems you guys found me."
hearing the voice all three of them become shocked, since the person standing there is the same person that they thought have become a vegetable and was left in the room that they rented before searching for information.
"what are you guys still standing there for?, go behind the back, I will open the door for you guys, it seems there's many thing that are needed to be discuss."
seeing that said person is so relax all three of them followed his word and walk around the building and arrive at the back door of said building, not long after the door was open.
the person asked them to follow him in.
"Ritsuka and Mash please help me with the customer in the front and Jeanne can you help me bring the bread and cookies I made and put them on display."

confused at the situation they are in they followed his word and started to work, after they started to work they forgot to ask for clarification from him and continue to help until it was closing time.
"well thank you for the hard work everyone, so do you guys want to eat something?, I can make anything you guys want."
"Sensei I want to eat pasta."
"Alex, don't forget about the Cake."
"I leave it to you."
the three of them replied to Alex nonchalantly, until suddenly a screen showing Marie, Roman, and DaVinci appear.
"you three how can you guys easily get swept by his flow?, and Alex don't try to dodge the situation by overwhelming them with task and making them forget that you suddenly lost control of your body and appear here with another body."
hearing this Ritsuka, Mash, and Jeanne suddenly realize that they need to interrogate Alex.
"hahaha, it seems I can't slide it huh."
"Alex you really are bold huh, trying to weasel your way out, now out with it what happen to you."
hearing this Alex started to explain the situation starting by the fact there's an anomaly in the singularity, it seems he was also summon here as a berserker and his soul was pulled towards the berserker class.
Alex explain the reason he is summon as a berserker in this singularity is because he was summon by the other Jeanne, the reason this happen was because of instinctive reaction from his main body, since he descend his soul fully when he was summon by Chaldea so the body react automatically since the one summoning him is someone he knows.

"so now you are in the body of berserker class, what will happen to the previous body and can you return to it?"
"yes, but if I leave this body, it will go on a rampage since no one is controlling it."
"by the way can you bring my other body here, I want to make a seal on this one and I want to modify something in it."
"Alex it's not fair, I want to see your experiment, please allow me to participate on the modification as well."
I suddenly feel danger from behind me.
"Alex don't you are trying to divert the conversation aren't you?" Jeanne suddenly said.
"we will put the matter for other time, but can you explain about my other self that is causing destruction around France."
"well rather then hearing it from me, how about you hear it from the person herself."
after saying that I ask all of them to follow me towards the housing district in the city, it was on the east side of the market, this place was concentrated with people working in the city and some of the refugee from village that was attack, it used to be very spacious but since there's an increase in the flow of people staying.
I then walked towards the eastern most part of the district and led them to a small house that is very simple where I was staying.
