Chương 47: The reinforcements are here!

At the Demon King's castle.

We ate our lunch and we went to the armory to look for some armor to use later. Sadly all the armor is too big for me, they also don't have anything for Vivi and Kiel. Zee and Edith also looking and checking the armory. In the end, we didn't find anything. Aisha says,

"If you really need an armor, you can check my palace."

Kiel asks,

Aisha snaps her fingers and a portal appears, and we all get inside the portal. We teleported in front of Aisha's palace, the smell of a flower near the palace is so nice, I never smell this kind of scent, it makes me so relaxed and so peaceful. The palace is bigger than a mountain and surrounded by forest. A ginormous fountain in front of the palace and tons of jewel inside. We walked and we walked up the huge stairs to reach the front gate. The door itself is made from diamond and gold. Aisha opened the door and as soon as we are inside the palace, a small chubby silver fox jumped on Aisha's shoulder. Aisha says,

"Let's jump to the armory. It will take us hours to reach the armory if we walk there."

Aisha is rubbing the fox chin and says,

"Syzl. Take us to the armory please."

The fox barks and howl, we all suddenly teleported and we see a huge door in front of us. Aisha opened the door and told us to get inside. We are inside the armory, and the place is like a blacksmith place and an exhibition at the same time, a full set of forging tools and a huge furnace. Hundreds of weapons hanging on the walls, hundreds of types of armor and clothes displayed neatly, and hundreds of accessories inside glass cabinets. It's like a library but for types of equipment. If all this equipment can be sold, I can create my own kingdom and create another one for everyone without even worrying about poverty for the rest of my life and until the last of my generation. Aisha clapped her hands and says,

"Alright. Pick the equipment that you need, and make it fast. We only have few hours before we go to the battlefield. Chop chop!"

We took our separate ways to choose the equipment that we need.

We took the equipment that we need. I took a black full plate armor that is not heavier than a feather but can't be scratched by anything and boosted the wearer's strength also immune to magic attack, and it fits perfectly on my body, also a Damascus Dagger. I asked Aisha and its power is to make the wielder invincible, also its sharpness is unreal because it's a Godly quality.

Kiel took a witch hat, and its power is to reveal the target's power and weaknesses. She also took a cloak that can protect the wearer from physical attack.

Vivi took a green and gold longbow and its power can use all elements on each shot, and it doesn't require an arrow. She also took a green scarf, and its power is to maximize the wearer's swiftness.

Edith took a necklace that can adjust the temperature of the wearer. Not too cold and not too hot, making the wearer feels comfortable.

Zee took a necklace as well, and its power is to make the wearer never feel tired. I guess Zee and Edith really don't care about fancy things and only chose the equipment they are interested in. I'm not surprised at all with that. Edith says,

"I don't want to be famous, so I'll change my appearance to be someone else."

Zee replies,

I reply,

Kiel took a purple mask with a crescent moon carving on the right eye. Zee and Edith are staring at each other and nod. They are also interested in the masks, and both of them pick the same masks. Edith laughed and says,

"Lady Aisha, can I live in your palace? I haven't felt this much excitement for a long time! I want to see more."

Aisha replies,

"Sure, you're welcome to stay here."

Zee says,

"Let's hurry up and get back to the castle. We need to prepare for war."

Before we go back to the castle, I ask Aisha,

I caught it. An excellent quality black leather scabbard. The locket and the chape are made of gold. I tried to put it in, and it fits perfectly. Then Aisha snaps her fingers and opened a portal to the castle. We are back at the castle. It's evening already, and we are gathering in the living room. Aisha has been rubbing her lips since we left the palace, and it seems like she is thinking about something that bothers her, and it's not just me, but everyone else is also noticed that something is wrong with Aisha. I ask,

"What's wrong Aisha?"

Aisha replies,

"Something is missing."

I reply,

"What is?"

Aisha replies,

"One of the rings. Remember when I said that I have 99 rings? If Zest is holding 8 of them, I should still have the other 91 rings. But I only have 90 of them."

Zee replies,

"And what ring is the missing one? Can you find it?"

Aisha replies,

"Ring of Behest. A ring that can control all creatures and obey the wearer's orders and commands. I can feel it, and it's somewhere in this world."

Zee replies,

"It's on the Babylon Mountain... So that's the reason why I sense a dangerous threat this whole time. But who has it?"

Kiel replies,

"I remembered what Miss Shive said at the pub when she read the letter. She said about something impossible. I don't know what she meant, but I think it's that the Undead King to be able to ally with the Lich King and the Tombs King? Or getting help from the Babylonian?"

Edith replies,

"You're right Kiel. Both of your statements about them are correct. The Undead King against the Lich King and the Tombs King always fighting with each other to get the Artifacts for themselves. Secra says,

"So that means, the Undead King has it? But who and how did he get that ring in the first place?"

Aisha replies,

"The same person who gave Zest the rings, Harbfer..."

Zee and the others faces changed in an instant. I can feel a murderous aura from all of them. I'm getting goosebumps all over my body from their aura. Zee says,

"We can't waste our time here, let's hurry and help Shive."

Everyone nods and without wasting any time, we all went outside and go to the training ground as Aisha ordered. Aisha is flying and transformed into a gigantic four-winged black dragon. Then she landed on the ground and told us to get on her back. Even though Secra and Den are not coming with us, Zee is confident with his power and Edith's power, and we also have Aisha on our side if Harbfer suddenly appears on the battlefield. Secra and Den are watching from the gate and waving at us. Aisha flaps her wings and flies through the clouds. She's so fast that we can't even open our eyes, and we are covering our ears because the noise of cutting the air is too loud. Aisha said that with this current speed, we can reach Babylon Mountain in few hours. So we have to endure the pain and the struggle to stay on Aisha's back. She wasn't planning to be this fast, but we can't waste our time, because Shive and the others are in danger.

2 hours have passed, and we can see the battlefield from the sky. We all are surprised because Shive and the others and her armies are losing, which is impossible for Shive to lose against a weakling. We noticed that some of the demons are fighting against each other, Shive and Vex are struggling to keep their armies from killing each other. Demon King Anarc, Samantha, and Antoine are far away from the battlefield, and they can do nothing but watch the whole thing. Zee says,

"I'll jump down and tell Shive to retreat and inform her about what happened, and you all stay here for a moment. Don't jump down until I told you to."

We all nods. Then Zee jumped down to the battlefield to meet with Shive. Zee landed on the ground and immediately approaching Shive, while he's ignoring the enemies. Shive surprised when she saw Zee in here at the battlefield and approached him.

Shive says,

"Big bro, what are you doing in here?"

Zee replies,

"We don't have much time, order your armies to retreat for now and I will tell you the details afterward. I will hold them back, so hurry!"

Without hesitation, Shive ordered her armies to retreat.

1 hour later.

Shive and the rest of her armies successfully retreating from the battlefield. Her armies are having a hard time processing what just happened to their friends that are suddenly helping the enemy and killed their own allies. They are desperate and their morale is hitting the rock bottom. Shive is worrying about her armies that got controlled by the enemy just standing in front of her armies that are less than ten thousand men. Then Zee approached her and says,

"Is this all you have left?"

Shive nod. Zee then continues,

"I will tell you what is happening right now."

Zee told Shive about the ring and Harbfer, and how did he get that information about it, also about me who freed Goddess Aisha. As soon as Shive heard Harbfer name, she got enraged. Her armies that are sitting on the ground resting immediately fell and trembling crazily. Even the Demon King Anarc, Samantha, and Antoine fell on their knees trembling. Shive didn't care about them, because she's overwhelmed by anger towards Harbfer. The pressure is so heavy, that even us who are high in the sky are also trembling from her presence.
