Supreme Elder Faust's face was contorted into an ugly frown of fury as he heard more and more of Adonis' explanation.

Adonis didn't know it but Supreme Elder Faust had known about him and his plights for a while already both because the upper circles of the world knew about the Sarahadah lineage and because Duke Leto just happened to be one of his sworn brothers.

But he didn't know anything about the details. The Aksal were a family of assassins after all, their forte was the veiling of things whether it be themselves or their actions.

"So that's it. They're most likely never gonna stop until I die." Added Adonis as he finished his explanation.

Though he could see his master was currently feeling for him, he didn't know if he could trust this reaction.

Just like with Micheal, he was unable to read his emotions and intent, leaving him completely in the dark.

'Well, I don't have much to lose either way.'
